It's found in all our waterways and has been linked to developmental, hormonal, and other health issues. We need stronger regulations and protections to prevent PFAS from entering our ecosystem and to remove it from our drinking water.

You can't put a price on clean water or our quality of life.
Nevermind the fact that $10k isn't really worth much these days anyway.

Diamondback terrapins in NJ are facing tremendous pressure from fishing bycatch, causing their population decline. One simple thing NJ can do is to mandate the use of 'Bycatch Reduction Devices' or BRDs in crabbing pots. Terrapins often get caught in them and get stuck and drown.
>>> BRDs have smaller openings to prevent that.
Delaware Riverkeeper Network and other organizations signed on to a petition with Center for Biological Diversity directed towards NJDEP urging them to implement regulations to keep our wildlife alive.
