It really depends on the team and person. As a sniper, some people can hit a multitude of clips that are all ass. As a creator/streamer, some people can grind 24/7 but they’re still inefficient, not a good fit for the group, or just lacking certain skills or traits the team is looking for. Put in your best effort and care less about what other people are doing. Self-growth is all that really matters anyways. That being said, egos are stupid, and most people that acquire one will eventually get humbled by either overstepping, growing complacent, or just get surpassed.
