pro tip: wait for the prospect to say Hello first when they join the meeting. By doing this you are conveying you're not in a rush (High Status) .. it also gives you an opportunity to gauge their energy and then mirror or exceed it.
what you want to avoid is immediately greeting them when they join the meeting. It conveys a nervous / excitable energy (Low Status)

Your job is to make the conversation fun for her.
But guess what? You don’t have to be all that interesting yourself.
The secret is to stimulate her emotions, and the easiest way to do this is by giving her ego a ride.
Negging, push-pull, teasing, joking, cold reads & goading.

Send daily emails.
Plug your small products.

Once every two weeks invite them to a workshop/webinar.
Upsell your high ticket coaching/DFY.

You can 10x your prices with 2 levers:
1. Better positioning
2. Stacking services
Example:
Cold email = $2K
Cold email + system ownership + setter = $8K
+ ads + cold caller = $14K
+ closer = $20K
The MORE you do for them
The more you can charge

i built a cold email system that books 50 sales calls a month
(and i'm giving you the whole thing)
most people think cold email is a copywriting problem…
it's not.
you need a full system that takes someone from a cold send to a qualified call on your calendar.
i've mapped out the exact 6-part system:
→ offer & market fit: the two tests your offer has to pass first
→ infrastructure: domains, inboxes, warmup and rotation
→ list building: where to get leads and how to verify them
→ copy & sequences: the 3 email templates and follow-up timing
→ campaign setup: every setting that matters and what to set it to
→ testing & fixing: the 9 things to test, in order
it's all in one document, with every number we actually run on.
want the full cold email playbook?
1.follow me
2.comment "PLAYBOOK"
i'll send it straight to your dms.

I've sent 50M+ cold emails, and only a handful of things actually affect your positive reply rate:
1. The offer. A great offer will ALWAYS outperform any tactic or gimmick you desperately try and add on
2. The angle. Keep the same list, change the target and the pain you speak to, and replies move by whole MULTIPLES.
3. The list. When the list actually fits the offer, you barely need personalization to get replies.
4. Deliverability. When total reply rate (including OOO) drops under 2%, fix the inbox / infra first.
5. Proof relevance. A small HVAC case study will outperform a huge solar one when you are emailing HVAC owners.
6. The next step. Make the ask low-friction, valuable and natural. Send the calendar link after they reply.
BOOKMARK THIS.

here is what nobody tells you about using AI for cold email at scale
the AI does not write the emails. it runs the feedback loop
send emails → AI reads every response → categorizes and patterns them → tells us which audience + angle + offer combinations are winning → we scale those and kill the rest → next day's send is already optimized
repeat. every single day. for 30 days straight
that feedback loop is the system. and it needs fuel. the fuel is volume. without volume you have noise. with 7 million emails you have signal that is statistically bulletproof

As an agency, we place extreme emphasis on helping our clients get their first 1-3 deals as fast as humanly possible
Because once we've made them money
And they're ROI positive on our fees
It is extremely easy to justify continued spend with us
Allowing us to test more and unlock additional market segments and messaging angles for them
Here's how it goes:
1. Scale an offer the client already knows is working
2. High intent, narrow lists to get quick ROI
3. Testing to venture into the unknown unlock new market segments

16 weeks of data from our outbound:
saturday + sunday combined produced more positive replies than ANY single weekday.
we send on weekends. same copy, same everything. no special "hey happy monday" or "hope you had a good weekend" adjustments.
send business as usual. business doesn't stop on weekends.

Send enough volume to test angles properly. Target people already spending on what you sell. Write 2-3 sentence emails that call out something specific. Reply within 5 minutes. Follow up 8-12 times with value at every touch. Nurture before the call with proof. Qualify for budget, authority, need, and timing.
Do all of this consistently and outbound cannot fail. The only variable left is discipline.

Four days ago, my brother KAA posted that his dermatologist told him eggs and protein are causing his breakouts. He tagged me.
Let me address this publicly.
The dermatologist is not wrong. But the dermatologist is looking at the skin. I am looking at the gut underneath it.
Eggs do not cause breakouts. But a damaged gut can make eggs trigger breakouts. There is a difference.
When the gut lining is inflamed from years of processed food, seed oil, sugar, wheat — it becomes permeable.
Things that should stay inside the gut start crossing into the bloodstream.
The immune system reacts. The skin is the first place you see it.
Eggs are high in histamine.
In a healthy gut, histamine is processed and cleared. No reaction. No breakout. No problem.
In a damaged gut, histamine accumulates. The skin flares. The dermatologist sees the flare and says stop eating eggs.
That is like seeing water on the floor and blaming the bucket instead of the leaking roof.
The breakout is not from the egg.
The breakout is from a gut that cannot process the egg properly. Fix the gut, the egg stops being a problem.
The dermatologist sees the surface.
I address what is underneath it.
Different layer. Same body.
We are not in conflict.
We are looking at different floors of the same building.
Clear skin is an inside job. Always has been.
KAA — when you are ready to look at the foundation, you know where to find me.
Don't forget to send a WhatsApp message to +2349118909688 for a well-structured meal plan designed to support gut health, reduce inflammation, and help your skin heal from the inside out.

So it might sound weird, but 5 g of glycine one hour after eating allowed me to make my girlfriend orgasm 7 times. I’d say it lasted a good hour, including foreplay.
I was still ready, but she preferred to sleep 🤣
