If there's one thing I love about the USA, it's how the POTUS always addresses the media at every given opportunity.
Whether it's Obama, Trump or even Biden.
Whereas in Nigeria, we have a president that speaks to us like an uncle who visits your father once in a while.

This totally captures the conversation I had with a friend yesterday.
Honestly, I don't know what the outcome of this midterm elections will be for the entire crypto space.
One thing I'm sure of is the uncertainty we'll have to deal with for the next 2 years.
The 2026 midterm elections just flipped both the House and the Senate to the Democrats (slept off while following it).
Trump is now gonna be probably crippled facing a hostile Congress that can subpoena his family (JAIL THEM ALL LMAO), drag his businesses into endless hearings, and freeze his agenda for the next two years.
The Trump family’s crypto and real-estate deals just became targets for a Democratic majority that already sees them as conflicts of interest.
Expect leaks, investigations, and deliberate slow-walking of anything with the Trump name on it.
Elon spent heavily in the midterms, including big money against Talarico in Texas and still took an L. The Republican Congress he counted on for protection is gone is gone with the wind. Tesla, X, and any crypto plays now face a Senate Banking Committee likely run by Elizabeth Warren.
Crypto PACs burned roughly $63 million in the midterms trying to stop Sherrod Brown. He won anyway.
The industry’s bet on Republican control failed.
The next two years look like more enforcement actions, stalled legislation, and a Congress that has zero incentive to help the sector.

Stop hiring community managers when what your project needs is a community strategist.
Community building is no longer just about managing chats, answering questions, moderating conversations, and keeping people active.
It requires someone who understands community behaviour, designs engagement strategies, builds culture, identifies growth opportunities, and connects community activities to business objectives.
Community building has evolved beyond simply hiring someone to manage a community. It's time projects started treating it as a strategic function.

My biggest takeaway from moonshot is the fintech ecosystem needs a way to share liquidity. Unfortunately the recent attacks on centralized exchanges, have ruled them out entirely.
I believe the timing is right for non-custodial onchain FX with major financial players launching tokenized products across stablecoins & real world assets.
There's a part of me that has missed actively having conversations and connecting with people.
That feeling of having genuine conversations with like minds, achieving goals together, sharing information, overcoming challenges, etc.
I miss building and being part of impactful communities like the good old days of @NSGonchain.
