$400M+ in stablecoins moves every hour, and 73% of it moves outside U.S. banking hours.
That’s $292M in stablecoins that has already left traditional rails.

So AI agents are accessing banks, presumably “taking actions beyond user instructions”.
In the meantime, an AI agent could provide up to 10x the rates the bank can on decentralized venues, with complete ownership of your assets.
Think about this: the bank business depends upon you accepting their 0.2%.
What happens when agents find better rates in a self-custodial environment?

This is how the great agentic bank run begins.

SCOOP: Major U.S. banks are detecting unauthorized third-party AI agents inside customer accounts, including some attempting to take actions that appear to be independent of user instructions, sources told Axios.
The findings have alarmed banking executives, who are racing to restrict access to their systems as AI moves at a velocity faster than financial institutions can respond, multiple industry and bank executives told Axios.
Several banks are now preparing for worst-case and even “day after” scenarios, including how to rapidly secure or restore customer accounts if things go wrong, the people said.
Several bank executives told Axios they're struggling to distinguish between human users and AI agents. One executive said banks also struggle to determine whether agents are authorized by customers or potentially operating without their permission, more akin to rogue agent behavior.

Deploy Finance is not for you if:
> You're fine leaving your stablecoins idle in your wallet.

robinhood:0xb8dbf92f9741c9ac1c32115e78581f23509916fd's CEO and President bought $6.66M of stock on October 16, the day the stock price fell 11.5% and days before APLD's tokenized stock listing on OKXICE.
APLD trades about $580M in volume per day, making the two buys roughly 1.2% of that day's volume.
Shares are 61.9% below the 52-week high and down 31.4% in a month.
This AI agentic wallet has generated $1,561 in profits from decentralized perps since August 12 with a 99% win rate.

What funding rates tell you about a market:
> Who’s paying who.
> Positive funding means longs pay shorts.
> Which regime you’re in. Positive funding has persisted across cycles, but its size and duration vary by asset and venue.
> How much is actually capturable. Depth, margin and execution decide.
How to execute a delta-neutral yield strategy onchain on decentralized perps using Hyperliquid in 2026:
> Pick markets with deep liquidity and positive funding.
> Split capital 2/3 into spot, and 1/3 on perps at max. 3x leverage.
> This lets 1/3 of your capital carry the same notional as the 2/3 in spot creating your hedge.
> It also allows to capture increased returns while the margin left on the perp still absorbing volatility spikes.
> Long spot, short the perp on the same asset.
> Now both legs carry equal notional value, so price moves offset.
> The short collects funding every hour while funding stays positive
> Rebalance when notional value changes to remain neutral, or when margin usage climbs or liquidity thins.
> Rebalance in small increments, so restoring the hedge costs as little as possible
> Keep margin buffers wide and position sizes capped, so a wick can’t liquidate the short leg
> If funding turns negative, scale down your positions until funding recovers
> Spread exposure across assets and venues instead of concentrating in one market. Just remember to choose the right assets to run this hedge.
Or you can just delegate your capital to a curated AI Agent to manage all this for you while keeping your assets self-custody at all times:
