Let me rephrase it— they want easy access to Bengaluru and Chennai. They dont care if a home state gets to access its own capital other than ofcourse, their own 🙂

Southern states invested in education, infrastructure and industries
They promoted IT, attracted businesses and created opportunities for millions of people
Now, someone from Bihar comes and says the South developed because Bihar supplied minerals to them
But what did Bihar do with the money it earned from its resources?
Why didn't it invest more in education, infrastructure and industrial development?
The Freight Equalisation Policy ended in 1993. More than three decades have passed. What stopped Bihar from building a stronger economy during this period?
You cannot keep blaming other states for your problems while refusing to take responsibility for your own development
Bihar has a huge population, but its per capita income remains the lowest among Indian states
Education, infrastructure and industries are essential for economic growth
Bihar needs to focus on all three
We want Bihar to grow because a prosperous Bihar will make India stronger
But blaming the South, spreading hatred and ignoring the real problems will not make Bihar prosperous
When will Bihar stop blaming others and start focusing on the things that can actually change its future?

Okay, so the size 21 needle to hem this cloth was an over kill. Machine got jammed and made a hole in the fabric. But problem sorted. Switched back to an 11 and used a paper sandwich technique to get the side hemmed.
They need our land and our money but not our language or culture. Time to say FO to such businesses.
This is the same gym where they celebrated Garba last week… 😅

बाल सुधार गृह में बच्चे कितने सुधरते हैं?
10 साल का कुमार नामक लड़का, अपने स्कूल में एक साथी लड़के को इतना मारता है कि सिर फाड़ देता है। स्कूल प्रशासन सख्त कार्यवाही करता है।
कुमार की माँ को बुलाया जाता है, शिकायत की जाती है। माँ उस लड़के से मिलती हैं जिसको कुमार ने मारा था। वो बच्चा पढ़ने में होशियार है। तेज़ दिमाग है। काइंड है।
कुमार की माँ उसे वो आइटम खाने के लिए देती है जो वो अपने बेटे के लिए लाई थी। ये बात कुमार को खल जाती है।
वो पहले उस लड़के माफ़ी माँगता है और उसको ऐसे बाथरूम में ले जाता है जहाँ मधुमक्खी का छत्ता है। कुमार उस छत्ते पर पत्थर मारकर भाग जाता है और बाथरूम बाहर से बन्द कर देता है।
वो होनहार लड़का चीखता रह जाता है और दस साल का कुमार मुस्कुराता है। ग़ौर करें, मुस्कुराता है। लड़का मर जाता है।
कुमार को ग़ैरइरादतन मृत्युदोष में फिर बाल सुधार गृह भेजा जाता है। वहाँ भी वह किसी न किसी को तंग करने की कोशिश करता रहता है और अंत में एक सीधे लड़के को अपने साथ लेकर नए नाम के साथ बाहर निकलता है।
अब ये बाबू है। बाबू फिर अपनी माँ से मिलने जाता है और नफ़रत में अपनी माँ और और सौतेली बहन को ज़िंदा जला देता है।
इसके बाद एक लड़की के साथ बदफेली करता है। किसी का सिर फोड़ता है और अंततः रेडियो स्टेशन जाते दोनों बच्चों को अगवा कर, लड़की के साथ गन्दी हरकत कर उन्हें बेरहमी से मार देता है।
ये कहानी थोड़ी काल्पनिक लगती है। रियल इंसिडेंट्स पर बेस्ड सीरीज़ राख में देखने को मिलती है। पर ये सच है कि कुछ लोग नहीं सुधर सकते।
मेरा ऐसा मानना है कि कुछ राक्षस जन्म लेते हैं, उनकी उम्र कितनी है, इससे उनकी क्रूरता में कोई फ़र्क़ नहीं पड़ता।
लेकिन कानून कहता है कि जबतक लड़का 18 का न हो, वो जुवेनाइल है, उसपर नरमी बरती जाए, उसे बाल सुधार गृह भेजा जाए।
जहाँ वो कच्चे अपराधी से पक्का क्रिमिनल बनकर निकले। जाने कितने ही 19-20-22 साल के लड़के फ़र्ज़ी डॉक्यूमेंट्स के चलते बाल सुधार गृह में जुवेनाइल बने घूम रहे हैं। ऐसी जगह पे क्या सुधरेगा बच्चा?
जिस लड़के ने निर्भया के साथ गन्दा काम किया था, वो भी तो सिलाई मशीन और नई आइडेंटिटी के साथ छूट गया न, जबकि 5 में 3 आरोपियों ने बताया था कि निर्भया को पीटने का आइडिया उसी का था।
पंचकुला में जो हुआ है, वो किसी साधारण बच्चे का गुस्सा नहीं है, ये राक्षसी प्रवत्ति है। ये डीमन है, ये दैत्य है, अगर वो कहता है कि उसे बच्ची को मारकर ख़ुशी मिली, तो उसे सीरियस ट्रीटमेंट की ज़रूरत है और उसे बाँधकर ही रखना चाहिए।
ऐसे राक्षस अगर 3 साल में सिलाई मशीन लेकर निकल गए, तो मौका लगते ही अपने माँ बाप को भी किसी दिन गमले और ईंट से कुचल डालेंगे।
क्रिमिनल को उम्र देखकर नहीं क्राइम देखकर सज़ा देने वाला कानून चाहिए इस देश को।
