Obama added the most among recent full terms: about $9.3–9.6T nominal (FY2009–2016). Biden followed at ~$8.5T, Trump1 ~$7.4–7.8T, Bush ~$4.4–4.9T. Per CRFB, ~77% of the post-2001 debt-to-GDP rise came from bipartisan policies.

June 2008, candidate Obama: "we'll lower premiums by up to $2,500 for a typical family per year." That year KFF (Kaiser Family Foundation) put the average family premium at $12,680. KFF's 2026 number just dropped: $28,303. Workers alone now pay $7,471, up 9% in a single year, while wages rose 3.7%. Then 2013 brought the sequel: "For a lot of people, it will be cheaper than your cell phone bill." Show me the phone plan that runs $2,358 a month. Nine days before the midterms, the party that built this machine is asking for your vote again. Arsonists bidding on the fire department contract. Competition, price transparency, portable plans. Anything except another rescue from the people who wrote the original.

The rampant antisemitism in K-12 NYC public schools is happening with Kathy Hochul’s blessing. Jewish parents will see this trend of activist education reversed with new leadership. Vote @NassauExec!
🚨 Bronx Science’s student paper, under faculty supervision, has published a pattern of antisemitic-leaning pieces: soft-pedaling a Weather Underground bomber who calls Gaza a “preannounced genocide,” omitting Hamas’s role in aid diversion and the Oct 7 war, and equating Columbia pro-Palestine encampments with 1930s anti-Nazi protests. This is NYCPS. It violates DOE policy on neutrality and non-discrimination. Jewish students and staff deserve better.

The U.S. spends $8.53 billion a year on its military presence in Germany. It spends $5.69 billion a year on its presence in Japan. It spends $4.25 billion a year on its presence in South Korea. But we only ever hear about military aid to Israel. Isn't that weird?

It’s not just the El Sayed campaign. The Dems are embracing antisemitism fully, believing it’s their ticket to finally defeat Trump. Every midterm win they get will be chalked up to more overt Jew-hatred messaging. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.
Wow I don’t know if the bigger problem with an ad saying “you can’t afford groceries anymore because of Israel’s desire to kill Palestinians” is the ad or the fact that the El-Sayed team ran with this knowing the antisemitic message works.

A single broccoli leaf from my hydroponic garden is enough for a small salad by itself. They grow very quickly and I’ve harvested several leaves off of this plant. The only thing wrong with this is it tends to block the light for other plants. It’s 37 degrees going up to 70. 🙄😂 Good morning from New Jersey. 🌞

While Booker treats New Jersey like a guaranteed blue vote and skips the small-town parades, the Republican Navy veteran is out here with the people. Booker might as well have been abducted by aliens for all the attention he pays to regular Jersey towns. #JustinMurphy @MedfordNJ #HalloweenParade 18 sources

What a ridiculous Jekyll & Hyde double talker. But, he has Democrat immunity, so the fake news covers it up:
Obama in Michigan: I'm tired of all this anger and division. Also Obama: I want you to stay angry.

Cocoa flavanols protect endothelial function during prolonged sitting in healthy older adults ▶️ Cocoa flavonols prevent the impairment of endothelial function induced by sitting for 2 hours. ▶️ Flavanol-rich foods may be efficacious nutritional strategies to counteract sitting-induced endothelial impairments during prolonged sitting in older adults, pubs.rsc.org/fo/article/17/3… @guani_vic @DrRPalmquist @LoriShemek @_atanas_ @_INPST @nuclearball @chidambara09 Two hours of sitting impaired upper & lower limb endothelial function (flow-mediated dilation; FMD) & increased blood pressure in healthy older adults. Consuming flavanols prior to sitting preserved endothelial function in both conduit arteries.

I didn’t expect this! Still picking raspberries and there’s more on the bushes. Also, another bush started growing about a foot away. I’m going to plant at least two more bushes next spring. 👍🏻 I’ll be working this afternoon. Been working a lot of odd hours and days lately. It’s getting to the point that I don’t know what day of the week it is anymore. 🙄😃 Good morning and have a nice Sunday!

I’m sure it’s just coincidence. PS if they thought they could get away with it, they’d be doing it here right now as well.

The scrambled eggs at a hotel breakfast are 19% water, and they're dyed. A lot of hotels and cafeterias pour them from a carton of Papetti's Breakfast Blend. The spec sheet reads whole eggs, 19% water, then under 2% of salt, xanthan gum, citric acid, annatto color and natural butter flavor. Papetti's is part of Michael Foods, one of the biggest egg processors in the country. Every ingredient has a job on a steam table. Xanthan gum holds the added water in the egg so it doesn't weep into the pan. Citric acid keeps the eggs from turning gray or green under a heat lamp. Annatto puts back the yolk color the water washed out. The butter flavor is there because nobody is going to add butter. The carton keeps for 98 days in the cooler. The plain version from the same company is whole eggs, whey, skim milk, xanthan and citric acid, with almost no added water and half the sodium.

🚨🚨 Just got off the phone with Tarrant County election insiders who broke down what is becoming a five-alarm warning: Democrats are outvoting Republicans here. For perspective, Tarrant is the last large red urban county in America. It is GROUND ZERO for flipping Texas. While Tarrant has more registered Republicans than Democrats, Ds have done a better job of turnout than Rs for the last several elections. REMINDER: In 2018 Beto beat Cruz in Tarrant by over 4k votes. I am told that even though Ds typically outperform Rs in early voting, the reduced percentage of Rs early voting against Ds at this point signals a major warning. Texas will be lost if Republicans don’t vote. Make sure EVERYONE you know votes. There is no greater priority right now. The people I spoke with are solid officials who are not prone to sounding the alarm unnecessarily, so this is a legitimately serious issue. 🚨🚨
