This is exactly why I trust Rajamouli more. Bhallaladeva is literally inspired by Ravana and Duryodhana, and you won’t see Rajamouli trying to glorify him or show him as an anti hero. Also, in Mahavatar Narsimha, you won’t see any glorification of Hiranyakashipu.
▪︎Meet "Bhim RAVANA Ambedkar" from Ramayana (2026): ▪︎Fought against the Upper-caste Devas. ▪︎Equality is his first priority. ▪︎Extremely Pro-women; in fact, he killed a Man who harassed a woman. ▪︎Wrote a Shiv Stotram(Constitution). ▪︎Only Asuras worshipped them..

Sai Pallavi's acting mid asf, Ravan potrayed as a saviour of oppressed asuras, Laxman ji potrayed as a comic relief, let's not even talk about costume choices and makeup. Also Sita Maa sympathizing for Surpanakha. Ngl Ranbir Kapoor(and I am not a fan btw) carried the movie alone.

We live in a society where you can't even make fun of literal Rakshasis. What a joke. I posted about Shurpanakha, and feminist girls are angry. They're calling her a victim. How is she a victim?

This is exactly what was missing during the release of Dhurandhar and Dhurandhar The Revenge. Back in 2024 Aditya Dhar posted a picture with Ranveer, Sanjay, Arjun, Akshaye and wrote “Time to create history.” He didn’t even reveal the title. Ranveer Singh thanked his fans for being patient with him and promised them a cinematic experience like never before. They were genuinely confident about what they were creating. And the result? Two back to back all time grossers within four months. A generational music album. Brilliant background score. Celebrities writing heartfelt posts about the film. Even rival Yash Raj Films joined in to appreciate its success. That itself says something about the impact it created. All this despite a modest opening for the first part and relentless negativity from sections of the film fraternity and online commentators. What impressed me even more was how grounded the team remained after the success. Leave ideologies aside. This is what happens when filmmakers believe in their product and put genuine effort into their craft. You don’t always need paid promotions and manufactured hype. Sometimes the work speaks louder than the marketing.
Was money paid to these so called RW enough to sell our Dharma?!?!?

Please listen to this conversation between Shurpanakha and Ravana from Yugo Sako’s Ramayana: The Legend of Prince Rama. It follows Valmiki’s account, showing Ravana abducted Sita Ji out of desire, not revenge. Thank you, Yugo Sako Ji, for creating this Ramayana. #RamayanaMovie
