Travis Konecny scores here in practice. He’s in non-contact jersey, but he has really pushed it and tested out some contact. Got to think it has been killing him to be out during this stretch. He has missed last 10 games with lower-body injury.

Michkov is the flyers best player. He will likely have a new coach by January. Flyers fans will rejoice when that happens. Petey will probably post a 7 part video series defending michkovs old coach. Michkovs old coach will be remembered for his cool hair in the 90s

🚨Matvei Michkov has tripled his goal output compared to the same time last season. 40+ goal pace! 🚨His 5 power play goals put him tied for second in the entire NHL. But he also leads all PHI fwds in % of O-Zone starts and has the fewest % in D-Zone starts. He is -9 and is 2nd worst of the fwds in 5on5 on-ice goal differential -6. As long as he keeps scoring it helps mask the defensive liabilities.

I love all Philly sports. But truth is Eagles are a religion here. Nobody checks out when they are bad they just get very angry Flyers have a cult following. They are the 4th most popular team but the fans that follow them, follow them like the eagles.

Phillies are beloved but the second they suck there’s 20k empty seats. Sixers used to give away tickets on coke cans. When they’re relevant they’re relevant but most of the time ppl are fine with ignoring them.
