Monday 3rd April is our annual @Vilafonte Series M global release day for the new 2020 vintage - it is a big day for us as we finally reveal the results of the labours of the past years. It can also be a bit emotional and a slightly nervous time for the clever people that comprise Team Vilafonté. We do feel quite confident that the M'20 will deliver on your expectations, perhaps even over-deliver, and will certainly be a wine to cherish as it matures in your cellar over the coming decades. We have received numerous positive reviews and comments - have a read of these in-depth observations bit.ly/3ZHYYuA (and 96 point score!) from Master of Wine @gregsherwoodmw. Also, take a detailed look at our vintage notes and wine description by winemaker Chris de Vries & winegrower @EdwardPietersen - this will give you much more knowledge on the seasonal and terroir factors that contributed towards this delicious vintage expression - click here bit.ly/3MadjwH. Ultimately, the most important comments are received by the loyal clients that are the best restaurants and retailers in the world, and you, those that enjoy Vilafonté on a regular basis. This is an important time for us - your allocations will soon be delivered - thank you for the amazing support, year after year. @PipRat and I really appreciate it.
