I know my content has been getting me into trouble lately… but I’m not going to stop.
I believe we are living through some of the BIGGEST generational divides in modern history.
Housing. Dating. Investing. Cryptocurrency. Decentralization. The New Global Economy. The world has changed dramatically, and too many people refuse to acknowledge it.
I’m a Cryptocurrency Investor and aspiring content creator, but I’m also a single Millennial Guy trying to make sense of the world through the lens I am seeing it through.

And here is a classic example of a Millennial not taking the constructive sage advice I tried to offer him. Instead he throws a temper tantrum and decides to go negative. He complains about the cost of a $500K home. What about buying a lower cost "fixer-up" starter home? But no! Instead he has to bash an entire generation because a $500K home is too expensive. Of course it is! He clearly did not read my reply! 🙂
And here is an ABSOLUTELY PERFECT EXAMPLE of the BabyBoomer Attitude and Criticism I discussed in my last video.

And the Math is exactly like I said in my video… your house only cost $67K and your household income was 27K (for your 1st job) back then…
Your house cost alittle over 2X your household income.
Today the average house is over $500K and the average household income is around $90K per year…
so that means the average house is over 5X the average household income! 🚨‼️🚨‼️
Try actually watching the video next time and doing some 5th grade math adjusted alittle for inflation… 🤣
Dude... a boomer here! All I hear in this video are excuses. I graduated from college in 1989. My first job payed me $16,000 a year. My wife was making $11,000 a year. Our first house was $67,000. Interest rates were high. We made it work. Fast forward to today, my two kids, 35 and 31, both own their own homes...and are making it work as well. My advice, stop listening to what anyone else says or thinks...buckle down and make it work. Focus on achieving -- not on what is holding you back. You got this!!!! 💪
Not all, but many Baby-Boomers are judging Millenials bassed off of the reality they lived through in their 30s... NOT the Reality of people in their 30s TODAY!
