2. Rode a 3 speed Sears bike 104 miles to raise money for American Cancer Society at age 12, neighbor pledged 10¢ per mile, didn’t believe I rode that far.

1. In 2024 I weighed 300lbs.
2. I’m a recovered alcoholic and drug addict who’s been sober since 2016.
3. I worked at Universal Orlando for 12yrs. I was a skipper on the JAWS ride, was trained as a stilt walker and drove parade floats among other things.
4. I was a USCG licensed captain for several years and ran deep sea fishing charters out of Port Canaveral for several years.
5. I live in the “Lightning Capitol” of the world and have a deep seated fear of being struck by lightning.
6. I love cheese.
7. I’m 52. Been married for 22yrs. Have two sons (15 & 20).
8. My older son is a police officer.

5. I was a functioning addict for many years and have been clean for 10 years now
6. I have 5 kids. 4 girls/1 boy. All in HS and one in college. My wife is my best friend. We dated all through HS and couldn't imagine life without her
7. I was in the army for a short time, but never deployed
8. My father died when I was 21 after a long battle with cancer and it really had an impact on the way I go through life now
9. I'm a huge baseball fan and I don't watch any other sports
10. We built my mother her own mother/daughter apartment attached to my house and she's been with us since 2017
11. I drive a Chevy Malibu because I don't care about cars. When it's time for a new car I go to a dealership and ask for the cheapest car on the lot
12. I was diagnosed with tourette's syndrome in 2007. I would blink and tap my hands and feet uncontrollably. So much that I would give myself headaches. Tried every prescription there is and nothing worked. When I got healthy and fit, most of my symptoms disappeared
