Wij willen u graag nogmaals attenderen op ons symposium “De bijdrage van de wijkverpleging aan farmaceutische zorg” dat zal plaatsvinden op 21 juni van 10.00-13.15 uur in Utrecht.

Op 21 juni 2022 mag ik mijn proefschrift ‘Home care nurses’ contribution to pharmaceutical care’ verdedigen aan de @UniversiteitUtrecht. Voorafgaand zal een minisymposium gehouden worden (zie flyer).

Het symposium is bedoeld voor verzorgenden, verpleegkundigen en andere geïnteresseerden. Apotheker @Macslager, een wijkverpleegkundige en mantelzorger en ik spreken er over farmaceutische zorg. Ik nodig u van harte uit om hierbij aanwezig te zijn.
