I did not like Digger, but it is so deeply compelling that I can’t help but respect the swing. I’m so fascinated by the choice to market this insane, abrasive movie as a major tentpole.
I’m sad that this will likely be the last big swing a WB movie takes for a good long while.

Unsurprisingly, the aspect I’m most enamored by with #CampMiasma is all the fake movie ephemera created for the in-universe Camp Miasma film franchise. This should get a Production Design Oscar if nothing else!!
In terms of thoughts that matter, I wish I was all on board with this film, but I found parts of it to be so indulgent that I instinctually felt real embarrassed by it. It sucks because it’s clearly so vulnerable and personal, but I just didn’t vibe with it all the way.
