Any special #Nashville places? Heading there next month and want to dive deeper than my last trip there. Not afraid to get lost, and love street art too!

Most of your family and friends won't understand why you travel. So stop trying to justify it to them.

It is so hard when a publication doesn't accept press trips! It's a struggle to get by as it is. I couldn't afford half the trips I'd like to go on if I had to pay for everything myself. When freelancers brag that they don't accept press trips I know they're among the privileged.
I really don’t understand the no press trip policy. It restricts opportunities to only privileged writers who can afford to pay for their own travel.

For YouTubers & Influencers: Remember, you can't pay your bills with the "freebees" that companies offer you in return for making videos for them. Your time, your energy, your craft, your family is worth more than something that a firm can just give away to you for free.

Be careful about expectations of places on your bucket list. You can hype it up so much it can be impossible to achieve. I did with the Eiffel Tower and Colloseum. Both were great to see, but both are far from the best memories of my time in either Paris or Rome.
