Zur Verhaftung von Paul Brandenburg
Paul und ich haben uns während der Corona-Zeit kennengelernt. Wir haben damals gemeinsam gegen die staatlichen Maßnahmen gekämpft, uns wirklich gut verstanden und waren lange Zeit befreundet.
Unsere Wege haben sich danach immer weiter voneinander entfernt. Manche Positionen, die er einnimmt, kann und will ich nicht teilen und er beschimpfte Team Freiheit und mich teilweise recht übel.
Und trotzdem macht mich die Nachricht von seiner Verhaftung am Berliner Flughafen fassungslos.
Laut seinen Anwälten sitzt Paul wegen des Vorwurfs mehrerer Beleidigungen gegen Berlins Bürgermeister Kai Wegner in Untersuchungshaft.
Was für ein erbärmliches Verständnis von Meinungsfreiheit herrscht eigentlich in diesem Land? Sowas kennen wir aus autoritären Regimen, auf die Deutschland doch so gerne mit dem Finger zeigt.
Man muss Pauls Ansichten weder teilen noch seine Wortwahl gutheißen. Aber Meinungsfreiheit ist wertlos, wenn sie nur für diejenigen gilt, deren Ansichten der Staat und seine Repräsentanten gerade akzeptabel finden. Und genau deshalb gehört § 188 StGB endlich abgeschafft!
Wer politische Macht ausübt, muss selbst härteste Kritik ertragen. Auch polemische und beleidigende Äußerungen rechtfertigen aus meiner Sicht keine Untersuchungshaft. Dass ein Bürger wegen seiner Worte über einen Politiker hinter Gittern sitzt, ist ein Armutszeugnis für einen Rechtsstaat.
Ich wünsche @docbrandenburg, dass er schnell wieder auf freien Fuß kommt.

U-Haft für angebliche Beleidigung von Leuten, die man gar nicht beleidigen kann, weil sie keine Ehre haben. Das gibt es (fast) nur im abgestorbenen Rechtsstaat Deutschland.
Frau @Lagarde wurde wegen millionenschwerer Untreue verurteilt, aber nicht bestraft. @docbrandenburg kritisierte einen Pädophilen und dessen politischen Förderer und sitzt seit vorgestern im Gefängnis. Schuld-Strafrecht wurde ersetzt durch Feind-Strafrecht.
Motto 1: Sie fügten dem Steuerzahler einen Schaden von 45 Mio. Euro zu, aber zugunsten eines Milliardärs, der zu unserem Club gehört? Dann seien wir mal nicht so, Frau Lagarde.
Motto 2: Und Sie, Herr Brandenburg, opponierten nicht nur gegen Dragqueens in Schulen, sondern sogar gegen die Gates-Epstein-Seuche und den Impfzwang? Dann buchten wir Sie mal ein. Details bei @Haintz_MediaLaw.
P. S.: Wer Lagardes dramatische Pflasterung kauft, die man elektronisch leicht entfernen könnte, der übersieht auch ihre schwarz lackierten Fingernägel und die „Eule der Minerva” im Hintergrund. Erinnert stark an die Symbolik von Greta Thunberg.

Dutch Justice Minister David van Weel is urging parliament to fast-track legislation criminalizing the glorification of terrorism and public support for terrorist organizations following demonstrations in Amsterdam celebrating Hamas and the October 7 massacre.
On October 7, approximately 150 demonstrators gathered at Amsterdam's Dam Square, displaying banners reading "We support Hamas" and chanting "Long live October 7." Some also displayed symbols associated with the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine, another EU-designated terrorist organization.
Police prevented demonstrators from marching toward the city's Jewish quarter, but authorities concluded that the displays were not illegal under existing legislation.
During a heated parliamentary debate on October 13, lawmakers condemned the demonstrations, while Geert Wilders demanded stronger action against Hamas supporters.
Van Weel also described the intimidation caused by a convoy of motorcyclists traveling through Amsterdam and condemned people dressed as Hamas fighters.
The proposed legislation would introduce prison sentences of up to two years for publicly glorifying serious terrorist attacks or supporting banned terrorist organizations, including through flags and symbols, and up to one year for distributing material glorifying terrorism.

Der Arzt und Publizist Paul Brandenburg sitzt in Untersuchungshaft! Nach Angaben seines Anwalts Markus Haintz wurde der bekannte Regierungskritiker am Mittwoch von der Bundespolizei am Berliner Flughafen festgenommen. Brandenburg soll gerade sein zehnjähriges Kind zurück nach Berlin gebracht haben. Nach der Vorführung beim Haftrichter kam er in die JVA Moabit.
⚠️Der Vorwurf: Brandenburg soll den noch amtierenden Regierenden Bürgermeister Kai Wegner in sechs Fällen beleidigt beziehungsweise verleumdet haben. Die Äußerungen sollen im Zusammenhang mit Wegners politischer Verantwortung und der wegen Kinderpornografie verurteilten Dragqueen „Jurassica Parka“ stehen. Wegner soll persönlich Strafanträge gestellt haben.
Nun wurde der Haftbefehl offenbar mit Fluchtgefahr begründet, obwohl Polizei und Staatsanwaltschaft nach Darstellung der Verteidigung wussten, dass Brandenburg wegen seines Kindes mehrmals monatlich nach Berlin reist. Seine Anwälte kämpfen jetzt um seine sofortige Freilassung.

Democrats have already told us their agenda.
The only way to prevent this nightmare from becoming reality is to get out and Vote Republican.
My biggest concern is that if there is a clean sweep by Democrats of the House, Senate and Presidency in 2028, they will:
1. Make DC and Puerto Rico states to gain a strong majority in the Senate.
2. Open the borders and legalize everyone living in America illegally to cement a permanent majority.
3. Increase the size of the Supreme Court to gain an immediate majority.
This would result in America becoming a permanent one-party state and the end of democracy in any meaningful sense of the word.
All that is needed to ensure this doesn’t happen is 51 Republican senators in 2029. That is why you should vote for Republican senators this election. Other reasons are irrelevant compared to this one.
