Congrats to our co-founder & CPO Lex Johnson on being named to @BioSpace's 40 Under 40 list! Lex has been instrumental in building Dispatch from the ground up, and we wouldn’t be where we are today without his scientific vision and dedication. Details: biospace.com/lex-johnson

At Dispatch, we’re advancing a first-of-its-kind pipeline of novel immunotherapy programs for solid tumors. Our Flare platform tags tumor cells with a universal antigen, activating the immune system and remodeling the microenvironment. Learn more: dispatchbio.com/pipeline/

Solid tumors have been challenging to treat with immunotherapy due to limitations that DISP-10 is designed to overcome. DV-10 aims to mark tumor cells for CAR T, then replicate to infect cancer cells, creating a feedback loop designed to work across all solid tumor types.

Today, we announced the first patient has been dosed in the Ph1 trial of DISP-10, which has received Fast Track designation from the U.S. FDA. DISP-10 is a novel, investigational therapy designed to address key challenges in treating solid tumors. dispatchbio.com/news/first-p…

GI cancers remain among the toughest to treat, with limited options beyond chemo for advanced disease. DISP-10 combines DV-10, a tumor-specific virus, with a BCMA-directed CAR T therapy, for a new #immunotherapy approach.

Watch the Flare platform in action. A tumor-specific virus tags cancer cells with a Flare antigen ➡️ the immune system follows the beacon to find and clear them while sparing healthy tissue.

~90% of cancers are solid tumors, yet two challenges have long limited immunotherapy here: no tumor-specific targets + a suppressive microenvironment. Our Flare platform was built to solve both. See how it works below.

June is #CancerImmunotherapyMonth. Solid tumors represent ~90% of cancers worldwide, yet tumor microenvironments that suppress immune activity & a lack of tumor-specific targets have historically limited the effectiveness of immunotherapy. We’re working to overcome this.
