Hyperscalers are expected to spend $1.1T in capex in 2027 on AI infrastructure. Here is some context. $SOFI Stadium is the most expensive NFL stadium ever built at ~$5.5 billion. The amount hyperscalers are planning to spend in 2027 is equivalent to 200 SOFI Stadiums.

In Chapter 1 of my new book, I discuss how civilization went from the analog age to the information age with the advent of the internet. Most of us who are old enough can remember this transformation. What we're witnessing now is a transition from the age of information to the age of intelligence. This transition is going to bring about tremendous opportunity and disruption. I've included how I plan to invest in disruption in my new book that you can download for FREE until Friday. 👇

Rising memory contract prices will push the memory share of CSP capex to 68% in 2027. (TrendForce) $DRAM, $MU, $SKHY That's just a massive figure. Almost $7 of every $10 spent is projected to go to spending on memory. What's even more incredible is that there's another bottleneck that's going to be even worse than memory.

We're living through an incredible time in history. The disruption is real and accelerating. Look at what just happened in the field of mathematics. I wrote about this in my new Disruptor Investing book that can be downloaded for FREE on Kindle until Friday. Kindle: amazon.com/dp/B0HLR4XFS6
NYU math professor Tristan Buckmaster speaks about OpenAI’s new drop of 722 AI-generated math papers: “This recent dump of papers destroyed the careers of early career mathematicians.”

$NAUT: What I find interesting about this company in particular is that Dario Amodei (Anthropic CEO) appears to have done his postdoctoral work at Stanford under Parag Mallick who is the co-founder and Chief Scientist at Nautilus. Anthropic has reportedly set up a wet lab in the Bay Area. Dario Amodei has a Ph.D. in Biophysics and Nautilus has pioneered a single-molecule, benchtop proteomics platform designed to map and quantify up to 95% of the human proteome (and its modified forms called proteoforms) with extreme sensitivity and scale. mallicklab.stanford.edu/peep… The Nautilus Voyager Platform does not appear as though it can be easily replicated and provides critical data needed for drug discovery. A lot of these LLMs now appear as though they're being held back from 'data-starvation' and Nautilus could help in providing this critical data. Proprietary data appears as though it's going to be a huge moat in the future. Please do your own research when making investment decisions. This is not financial advice.

What happens to the AI trade when readily available chips start stacking up in inventory because there is nowhere to plug them in? teapawt.org/blockspace/status/2102…
The big story of 2027 will likely be chips being unable to be plugged in due to power shortfalls. A ~15GW shortage equates to roughly 1/3 of 2027 chip production. This will persist through 2028. I’ve been pointing to the severity of this shortfall for a long time now.

Signal. 👀 $NBIS also commanding short term rentals at >$50M per MW with ~20% price hikes announced. $CRWV securing short term rentals at ~$40M per MW. Those are likely going up after they see what $NBIS is securing. Noticing a lot of companies holding off on LT deal announcements with rates on the rise. Too much demand going after too little supply. I don’t see this slowing down anytime soon. Please do your own research when making investment decisions. This is not financial advice.
Jensen Huang says the ROIC is about one year for a 1 GW AI factory: “Each gigawatt of NVIDIA AI factories is about $50-$60 billion. However, the rentals of that one gigawatt AI factory is about $50 billion per year. They get to use that for many years, well beyond five and six.”

$MU and $SNDK forward analyst estimates for revenue and cash from operations. It's very obvious we're going to need more compute. It's even more obvious that we're going to need more memory, yet these companies are still trading at bargain bin multiples. Memory is no longer cyclical, it's structural for AI. If you like the $PLTR x $NBIS news today and what it all entails, then I'd imagine you'd really like $BRUN. It's hiding in plain sight, but I can't imagine it will be for much longer. While the analyst estimates I've included below are impressive, I still think they're too low given what we know today. Please do your own research when making investment decisions. This is not financial advice.
Very good explanation of some important aspects from the recent $BRUN conference call. This team is so good that $NBIS and Fluidstack are customers of Boost Run.

This is a positive development for $SLNH. I discussed Project Kati 2 in-depth during my recent interview with @jbelizaireCEO. teapawt.org/disruptorinvest/status… Disruptor Investing: disruptorinvesting.com Membership: disruptorinvesting.com/#memb… Disclosures: disruptorinvesting.com/discl…
Kati 1 is complete 💥 Final 14 MW energized on time. Soluna's total operating capacity is now 206 MW. Additionally, ERCOT has conditionally classified the full 166 MW Kati campus as Base Load in Batch Zero — preserving interconnection capacity while 438,000+ MW of requests wait in the queue. This is what building where the power already exists looks like. This is Renewable Computing. Full announcement: solunacomputing.com/news/kat… $SLNH
