We are back! Having a strong relationship with your pitcher is important. Knowing their strengths, pitches, having the trust to block balls when called for something in the dirt and so much more! Don’t lack the importance of knowing your pitcher

@KevinBurrellMLB joins the Straight Lines podcast. Kevin speaks candidly about two of the hardest leadership lessons to learn with age: saying no to good things to make room for the best things, and truly listening to understand rather than just to respond #StraightLinesPodcast

As much as we value, throwing, blocking, receiving, we also need to make sure we can command the field! We need to be loud, vocal, communicate and lead. All eyes are on you at all times, good body language and field presence is a must! You are the field general!
