This is f*cking insane. Anthropic CEO Dario Amodei, the man who left OpenAI to build Claude: "80% of all entry-level lawyers, consultants and finance professionals will be completely wiped out within the next 1-5 years The ones who survive won't be the smartest people in the room. They'll be the ones who know how to put AI agents to work" In this 47-minute talk, Dario explains exactly who survives and how Chatbots → Agents → AI Employees → Entire Departments Run By AI Surviving AI doesn't mean asking a chatbot to rewrite your emails It means being the person who can plug agents into a company's work and make them run 95% of people will watch AI take their industry, the 5% who build with it will be the ones companies fight over Worth more than any $3,500 AI career course Bookmark and watch it today Then read how to plug one agent into Claude Code, Cursor and Codex in the article below ↓
Claude Code can fix the bug It doesn't know the customer is still waiting A longer CLAUDE.md won't change that I broke down how to give Claude Code, Cursor and Codex one AI employee who knows the company ↓

A man spends 50 years teaching at MIT. He knows his time is running out. So he records one last lecture — everything he knows, distilled into a single hour. He died 5 months later. This is that lecture. The most important hour you'll watch this week. 👇 Bookmark it for later If you have one uninterrupted hour this week, I'd recommend watching it. 🔖 Save this for when you have the time.

Sam Altman, CEO of OpenAI: “You don’t need to write prompts anymore.” In just 27 minutes, he explains how to use ChatGPT in ways most people haven’t even explored yet. This was a talk he gave to Stanford students. A friend sent me the recording last night. After watching it, I realized I was barely using 15% of what ChatGPT can actually do. Watch the full talk, then check out the guide below on how to build a system that can prompt itself.
You paid for one creator video. It flopped. You never found out whether the hook was wrong or the audience was. Fastlane tests dozens of hooks, formats and creators at once and shows you which one won.

Just a reminder that I'm hosting a webinar with Caroline Webb at 4pm UK time today. We will be discussing her new bestselling book Leadership Intelligence. During the webinar, we will discuss the leadership principles that are behind the book. I love the practical tools and frameworks for leaders that the book covers so I will ask Caroline to take us through some of my favourite ones. There will be time for questions and answers. The session is aimed at leaders in health and care but the learning is generic so it's open to all leaders who want to improve their leadership practice. There is still time to sign up: events.teams.microsoft.com/e… I hope to see you there. Helen
“Change begins with me.” When the systems we work in feel immovable, it’s easy to feel we have little power to make a difference. What if the part we can influence is bigger than we think? Next Friday, 16th October, I’ll be in conversation with Caroline Webb about her new best selling book, Leadership Intelligence, exploring what its ideas mean for people working in health and care. What I particularly value about Caroline’s book is how it draws on science (psychology, neuroscience and behavioural economics) to offer practical tools for making better decisions, helping messages land, strengthening difficult relationships and leading through uncertainty. The central message isn’t that we can change everything. It’s that we don’t always have to wait for other people or circumstances to change before we can act differently ourselves. Join Caroline and I for an hour to hear directly from Caroline and explore how we can help people achieve more together. 📅 Wednesday 16 October 2026 🕓 4–5pm UK time 💻 Online via Microsoft Teams Everyone is welcome from anywhere in the world. For those in the UK, it will be an inspiring way to end your Friday. Register here: lnkd.in/eZiNspCr Please share with colleagues across health and care who might find this conversation valuable. You don't need to have read the book. Here is a previous post that I wrote about Caroline's book: lnkd.in/p/egqjRUni

My practice is currently sending out a large number of emails and text messages to patients who have been removed from our list by NHS England. In many cases, they are replying to say they have been removed in error. Reregistration creates unnecessary work for our admin team.

Most people think AI is a chatbot. It's actually an entire ecosystem. 🧠 Behind every AI product you use, there are layers of work most people never see: 1. Foundational research: Statistical ML, supervised and unsupervised learning, deep belief networks, CNNs, and transformers. This is where the breakthroughs begin. 2. Data & knowledge infrastructure: LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and knowledge engineering. Models are only as good as the data and context they can access. 3. Model development & fine-tuning: LoRA, PEFT, prompt engineering, and domain-specific tuning that turn a general model into a useful one. 4. AI platforms & MLOps: Training infrastructure, model registries, CI/CD, serving, inference, and tool orchestration. This is what makes AI reliable at scale. 5. Applications & agents: Copilots, multi-agent systems, personalization engines, and automation that solve real business problems. 6. Governance & trust: Observability, explainability, bias and fairness, red teaming, data privacy, and regulatory compliance. This outer ring decides whether AI can be trusted. The takeaway: a great model alone doesn't make a great AI product. Success comes from every layer working together, from research to responsible deployment. The teams that win won't just build smarter models. They'll build stronger systems around them. A Google Cloud engineer just showed how to build a full app with Claude from scratch. He spent 26 minutes live on stage doing what most teams take weeks to do. Worth more than any $500 vibe-coding course: no team, no setup, just Claude and a goal. The ones who learn what Claude actually does are shipping what everyone else outsources to a team. Watch it, then read the guide below on the Claude features 99% of users never find.
Andrej Karpathy spent 8 years at OpenAI and Tesla Last week, he condensed everything he knows into one free 2-hour lecture Agents → Loops → Harness → Self-Improving Systems People pay $14K for bootcamps that teach less than this This lecture beats most paid AI engineering courses You probably don't have 2 hours right now Don't let this disappear from your feed Watch it Then read the article below

AI is changing how work gets done. That has major implications for how companies hire and develop talent. As AI takes on more work, leaders face a new set of questions: How do you prevent critical expertise from eroding? How do you assess candidates when AI can help produce polished applications? And how do you use AI to help employees develop their own judgment, rather than just work faster? This reading list highlights 10 HBR articles on navigating those decisions, from hiring and developing talent to redefining managerial roles and preserving the capabilities that give your company an advantage. Medical educators must ensure that clinicians retain the ability to think critically. It’s essential that doctors learn to use AI tools effectively but also preserve the independent cognitive functions essential for patient safety and to deliver holistic person-centred care.
