I really believe that any dookie plot point can be fixed, imagine that Asmodeus did not help at the trial intentionally and had some kind of personal insidious motive, or some cunning sinner used Charlie's hotel to get to Heaven and kill everybody or something.

or imagine some kind of powerful overlord had to hide from something and stayed at charlie's, but still behaved around his neighbors as a powerful demon, it could be just a B-plot or something but it would both fun and unusual and they could explore both hotel and their silly OCs

not gonna lie, I used to like these shows, but every time Viv comes up with something cool (Vox's ascent was quite hype), they break ten other things to make it work (making characters dumb for example)

being dev balancing games is funny because some players ask for "ultra-deluxe hardmode that kills you in real life" while others say that the game's impossible and give up after 20 minutes
