i think that greyscale skin color trend is short sighted a lot of the media people are using for this have either pastel or bright colors with only darker colors being used on villains, it just like this idea was doomed from the start

ESPECIALLY with mlp, and ESPECIALLY when there's already infighting about pinkie pie im not saying you cant use this for personal headcanoning and these are just drops in the bucket, but this feels like a pretty obvious pitfall this trend falls into

you know what? here's pointless design commentary for all of the blue battle sprites I make, I try to keep his elegance and confidence, even in his downed sprite but NOT his swooned sprite if i ever sprite the other flowers, I want to do something similar

"The Real Mike is..." ("Chapter 5 Secret Boss" is struck out under "Real Mike") "Apple Girlington" "A Familiar Face" "Your Best Nightmare" "A Friend Inside" "A Numbskull" "Asgore's TV" "A Cat (Again)" "Asgore" "They swap palettes, except for Seth, which isn't a color so doesn't count."

Wondering if I should try to make Mikesonas for the fun gang (the main 3, Noelle, Berdly, and Lancer) at some point I don't have any ideas except for Ralsei though (Mike is Gaster theory) so I'm open to that

Would also like to add in a comment that they swap palettes with each other in some way! Except for Seth which is because I messed up but it worked out since their Mike looked both more like Ramb and Berdly (Seth's birdsona feathersuit?).

I had an idea in a fan project where the player is given the option to "think about susie" (who wouldn't have appeared yet) while hanging out with mikes but chooses not to because they want to be with the mikes instead I wonder how mad non-mike Deltarune fans would've been
