What's looking good.
Striking clusters of yellow flowers of the Oregon grape are a welcome sight on Main Drive.
The Swamp cypress has glorious tones of green, gold, orange & red.

Why do people talk about 'putting the garden to bed for the winter' - there is still so much going on. I picked these yesterday. A real tonic on a dull day. @bath_voice

Stay safe, and keep in touch.

Poor Titch was so upset about another lockdown. I assured that she will still get her walks and that as our Pet Centre is open all through lockdown she won't run short of food. She did seem happier with that news, but she was too cosy to budge from her bed.

The Swan Hotel played a very important role in Bibury acting as the Manor Court. Here, the fate of local felons was duly decided by magistrates and prisoners were held overnight in the village lock-up - a small octagonal stone building that’s still located in our car park today!
