This is how RSPCA chooses to advertise the RSPCA Assured scheme - with lies. The true conditions these animals are living in are being purposefully hidden from the public.
These 45 randomly selected farms we investigated were all hiding animal suffering on a massive scale.
‼️This is not one bad apple, the whole barrel is rotten. ‼️

🚨UPDATE: RSPCA removes all animal-based recipes from their Assured website!🚨
‼️This is the first step in the right direction, with almost 200 recipes taken down from their RSPCA Assured website. We need the RSPCA to lead the way in the plant-based transition, and dropping the Assured scheme is the crucial step in that process.
🔥Our pressure is working, keep it up by signing the petition, watching the exposé video, and sharing it far and wide. Go to animalrising.org to sign the petition! 🔥

‼️BREAKING: Chris Packham @ChrisGPackham , president of the @RSPCA_official , reacts to our investigation footage in the Sunday Times, highlighting that customers are being ‘misled’ and calling the findings ‘utterly indefensible’.
Join Chris Packham and call for the RSPCA to scrap this scheme which covers up systemic cruelty across the UK.

SHOULD @rspcaassured BE LICENSING GAS CHAMBERS?
Just a few years ago, the @RSPCA_official called for phasing out of this practice, yet the gas-stunning of pigs continues in the UK with RSPCA’s approval. The RSPCA talks of bettering the lives of all animals while hiding behind deceptive promises of 'humane' methods of slaughter - deliberate lies to console the public.

.@rickygervais This is shocking. Why were these disgusting agricultural students treated so leniently?

Brilliant work 👏👏👏👏
🎉THANK YOU🎉 Because of your generous, enthusiastic support, not only is the dog and cat meat trade BANNED at “Tomohon Extreme Market,” the surviving dogs and cats have been rescued.
Once destined for someone’s dinner, these sweet animals have bright futures ahead of them. They are learning what love is, getting food and medical care, and will eventually be adopted into loving homes.
Special thanks to Animal Friends Manado Indonesia (AFMI), who is caring for the animals and was instrumental in this historic win.
We could NOT do this without you. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you. Please join us in celebrating this incredible victory as we keep fighting to end the dog and cat meat trade EVERYWHERE. 💚🌏

🎶 We are ON THE ROAD AGAIN marching in solidarity with Just Stop Oil. 🎶
Today, taking part in @JustStop_Oil slow marches that started back in April, we are standing in unity with all of those taking action to protect our lives, planet and future. In times of police oppression and government crackdown on those who are willing to use their right to protest, this is what is most crucial for all communities - support and solidarity.
If you believe that we can create a better world FOR ALL LIFE, please consider donating to our fundraiser. (Link in bio)

If you dream of seeing the UK’s rainforests and natural habitats thriving, please join us at The March for Animals and Nature on the 26th of August in London.
Temperate rainforests are one of the rarest ecosystems on our planet and the conditions required for their formation are present on less than 1% of the Earth. The UK is one of the few
places where a Coastal Temperate Rainforest can survive. Temperate forests (also known as Atlantic woodlands or Celtic rainforests) are cooler in temperature than tropical rainforests, but they thrive in the same wet and rainy environment. The beautiful woodlands on the Western edges of the British Isles are home to thousands of species of flora, fauna and animals.
However, this beautiful ecosystem, which should be covering 20% of Britain, can only be seen now in 0.5% of the UK. Animal agriculture, and specifically overgrazing, has been catastrophic for wildlife, destroying both forests and wildlands as well as polluting our air and water. This has to stop. We dream of a world that allows nature to thrive, grow, and be a home to so many magnificent beings.
At the heart of our actions there is always love and care for all life. Transitioning to a plant-based food system not only protects billions of animals and counteracts climate disasters, but also allows the natural habitats in our country to recover.
It is the responsibility of each of us to protect nature and animals and help shape a better world. Join us at The March for Animals and Nature on the 26th of August in London to take a stand for ALL LIFE. (More info on the march through the link in our bio)

Confettigate: A Statement From Just Stop Oil
The lady who threw confetti in Bruton yesterday was upholding a tradition that is common across many cultures. We absolutely defend the right for people to throw confetti (of whatever colour) at weddings and other celebrations.
If it was a form of protest — which is yet to be established — we applaud it and thank the person concerned. It was peaceful and not especially disruptive, but got massive media attention for Just Stop Oil’s demand.
It has also helped people to recall that George Osborne, one of the main architects of economic austerity, is directly responsible for over 300,000 excess deaths, and that — as a newspaper editor — he was responsible for some of the most egregious climate-denying nonsense ever to darken the pages of mainstream mass media.
However, as much as we applaud the use of orange confetti at this wedding, we were not responsible.
Perhaps the press could focus on something more important now? Like the current government’s plans to licence over 100 new oil and gas projects, which will result in excess deaths the likes of which we have never seen. Or the fact that the UN Secretary General has said that ‘climate change is out of control’ as we’ve just seen the hottest average temperatures since records began. Or the fact that Canadian wildfires have now burned down an area the size of Portugal.
We are in catastrophically dangerous territory and the press have a moral responsibility to inform and educate people as to the causes of the crisis so that we can take action to defend ourselves. In 2023, it is simply criminal not to check your facts.

💻 Join our zoom call - this Wednesday at 7PM - to hear from 2 of the brave people who took action last weekend to stop the Greyhound Derby.
We'll be hearing from Orin and Alistair who, alongside Nathan (pictured), scaled the scaffolding holding the stadium screen where they stayed for over 3 hours, stopping all activity while they were there.
Join them on Zoom to talk about why they take action, the issues we face, and what Animal Rising has planned next 👀(Link in bio to register for the call)
