This is not plant based salmon, it’s not wild or farmed. It’s cultivated salmon. Made from growing salmon cell by cell. And it really blew my mind. So tasty and much better than previous versions I’ve tried elsewhere.

I find very difficult to understand how foreign observers can write on topics that don’t cover their own countries without using any source of references. Every topic requires a minimum set of references. That’s fundamental and basic at the same time.

I encourage the academia who write on #Moldova to use the works that include primary sources and are written by practitioners. Since I joined that academia, I have realized that a lot of great grey literature is simply overlooked by academia. This seems a total nonsense to me.
