Lindsay Clancy holdout juror Michael P. Desronvil has broken his silence after the murder trial ended in an 11-1 mistrial.
Desronvil says eight jurors favored finding Clancy not criminally responsible from the first day of deliberations and described their behavior as that of “activists.”
Another juror, Paula Devlin, independently described the opening vote as eight not responsible, two guilty, and two undecided.
Desronvil also says he believes some of the backlash against him is connected to his being a Black Republican with conservative views. That is his allegation and has not been independently established.

They were perfectly comfortable condemning the lone Lindsay Clancy holdout juror right up until one inconvenient fact wandered into the room:
He was Black.
Then the gears started grinding.
“I have to sit with that.”
“That changes the landscape.”
“A lot of us were assuming he was white.”
Oh, really?
What changed?
Same juror. Same vote. Same case. Same evidence. Same dead children. Same decision.
His skin color entered the chat, and suddenly the moral calculator needed a reboot.
That is intersectional politics in one perfect, embarrassing little scene.
These people lecture the country about justice while running every moral question through a demographic spreadsheet. Race. Sex. Sexuality. Religion. Victim ranking. Oppression points. Privilege penalties. Then, after all the boxes are checked, they finally decide who is allowed to be criticized.
Apparently “right and wrong” now comes with a dropdown menu.
Imagine admitting, out loud, that learning a juror was Black “changes the landscape.” You just told everyone that your judgment depended on the race of the person you were judging.
Bravo. You accidentally explained the entire scam.
DEI and intersectionality sell themselves as moral progress while training people to abandon universal standards the second tribal identity enters the equation.
And when the tribes collide?
Cue the sweating, the stammering, the “I need to sit with that.”
They built a moral system so stupid it can short-circuit over a skin tone.
Same facts.
Different identity.
Suddenly the ethics change.
That is the punchline.
And somehow they still want to be taken seriously.

🚨 HOLY CRAP! The lone black male juror in the Clancy case is being urged to FILE A LAWSUIT after the fake news came out and exposed his private life to ATTACK him
The allegations went nowhere. Yet they are trying to DOX HIM by going public with his divorce and unproven allegations 😡
This is a private citizen who did the right thing. SUE THE FAKE NEWS!
He’s a black man and you can tell it made them even more furious about it.
Protect him at all costs 🙏🏻
This is a terrifying reality now. Stick to your guns on a jury and THEY WILL GO AFTER YOU

If you want men and women to be equals, then equality has to include the uncomfortable parts too: Responsibility. Accountability. Humility. So, ladies— I'm not asking you to answer for Lindsay Clancy. I'm asking you to make sure she doesn't get to answer for you.
Don't let the loudest voices define what women believe. Don't let someone else convince men that women require a different moral standard. AnD PLEASE— for the love of God— police your own. Because that's not hatred. That's not oppression. That's equality.
