Old school prop who still loves his rugby. Mainly rugby stuff with the odd attempt at humour and the occasional grumble !

Five years ago today, came Glasgow's grandest hour. The swaggering Leone Nakarawa - told pre-match to keep the offloads to a minimum - was irrepressible.

Leone’s performance? The captain calling it a day? Niko being booed? DTH’s score? Nah, let’s remember the REAL highlight of that day. The shoulder popping Sean Lamont!!!!!

1/3 Please stick to lockdown rules for now & not just because they are the rules - they remain the best way to protect yourself and your loved ones. Please stay at home except for essential purposes, stay 2 metres apart from others when you are out and don’t meet other households

This bank holiday weekend, let’s keep being kind. Please #StayAtHome and only leave the house for essential reasons. It’s the best way to protect each other, respect those on the frontline, and save lives. Thank you, Scotland 💙
