Many have a lot of hope & wishes with a new year, there are many who also don’t achieve what they wish for
However doing one thing can make that change for you & see how it makes a change to your #Wellbeing💙
Be the one who does this & don’t let others tell you can’t do it😊💪🏽
New placement is a great hospital with kind and supportive people. Two half days to accommodate timely dialysis. Journey takes one hour morning, 80 mins evening. Workload is more manageable, learning to love being a doctor again, but this life is still exhausting
I’m a dialysis patient and I’m also a cardiology trainee. The deanery are sending me to a hospital 1.5 hours away during rush hour. If I leave at 1730, home at 1900, start 4 hours dialysis at 1930, needles out ~00:00. To me that’s unsustainable, but deanery are deaf to my concern
