There are two kinds of people in this space. Those who wish to make it. And those who work to make it. The workers are rare. You won't find them in group chats hyping the next 100x. They're somewhere quieter - building, iterating, doubting themselves, then continuing anyway. They don't check their portfolio every hour. They check their progress. Their projects aren't "holdings." They're pieces of themselves they've put into the world. The workers often seem disconnected. Obsessed. Maybe even foolish. But they understand something the wishers never will: When you pour yourself into something, it becomes part of you. Years ago, a random memecoin launched using the same name as @ethereumJoseph's company. Joseph Lubin - a man who rarely speaks - broke his silence to call it what it was: A SCAM. Not out of anger. Out of protection. Someone touched something sacred to him. His life's work. His legacy. In that moment, I understood him completely. I didn't create Book of Ethereum. I found it. Joined its community. And somewhere along the way, I decided to build. Now it's the first thing I think about when I wake up and the last thing on my mind before I sleep. It's not a bag I'm waiting to sell. It's a legacy I'm helping to create. If you've ever poured yourself into something the world might never understand - you already know exactly what I'm talking about. The wishers are waiting for their moment. The workers are building theirs. I know which one I am 🙏📖
