The weirdest thing happened when I went to dance clubs with my girlfriend. I saw young girls, shapely butts, pretty faces, and alone with no boyfriends. So many desirable women! The weird part happened when I broke up with my girlfriend and went back to the same club as a single guy. I still saw young girls, shapely butts, pretty faces, alone with no boyfriends. But I could not believe I had not noticed before, I never saw ALL of those good things on the same woman. When I was part of a couple, my brain had assembled all of the women's desirable traits into a single, composite perfect woman who did not exist. Only when I looked through single eyes could I notice that every woman had at least one disqualifier That was invisible to me, while I was part of a discontent couple.

Agree with everything Lukas is saying, that advice is absolutely fucking retarded and i also criticised it last night. However, something real is being lost in translation here. Male attraction to women is objective, women are sex objects, at least initially, especially because most women have terrible or at best tolerable personalities, so their ability to look pretty, and incubate babies, is their primary value add. But a woman who would jump between a bullet & her man isn’t driven to that kind of devotion by his looks. It’s not a man’s aesthetics that inspire the kind of truly, madly, deeply obsession that causes her to rearrange her life around him, for him, in his honour. It’s his personality, his mettle, how he makes her feel, his strength, his dominance, his competence, his steadiness, his ability to be her port in the storm. As long as he lifts and isn’t like genetically deformed, any fit and healthy guy can inspire that kind of passion in a woman, Women fall in love with how a guy makes her feel. His “status” isn’t measured in exclusively or even primarily by the markers of conventional attractiveness or corporate / career / life success the way the hypergamy obsessives allege. It’s actually locally construed, particularist status hierarchies in narrow domains are just as real as universal / society wide ones, a guy who moggs in HIS thing, niche & irrelevant to the human species though it may be - is dominant / attractive to women eg. destiny is 5’2’ but moggs at streaming —> attractive to Lauren Southern who is gorgeous) The way you attract the kind of woman who will do anything for you, and be loyally devoted, is by developing into the strongest man you can be, learning how to hold frame with women, and becoming a genuinely interesting, charming and strong guy who doesn’t tolerate women’s bullshit. Becoming that kind of guy IS available the the majority of men, and women WILL find those men attractive, whether they’re pretty boys (ew!) or not.

The most radicalizing sentence in the English language is, "Yes I do, but not with you."
i understand why women dislike slutty women—the threat is obvious there. but why do men hate sluts so much? men should like sluts. i can see someone having a preference for their own girlfriend to not be a slut (tho sluts have high libidos and know what they’re doing!), but why are men so mad about random girls being slutty? the only thing i can think is that they’re mad that the girl seemingly had sex with everyone except for them.

Shut Down My Profession, Before It's Too Late. I've taught thousands of MBA students at schools you've heard of. Now I feel weird, because I agree with the New York Times: Business schools should be razed and the campus sewn with salt. MBAs are like a plague of locusts, because they have no craftsman's pride in their company's product. How could they? They don't know how to make the product. An MBA feels a craftsman's pride only for the thing HE makes: his company's quarterly profit. So like a locust, he will devour the company's product to fatten the quarterly profit that will be credited to him. The product will be ravaged, and hence the engineers reputation, but the MBA does not care. That is not HIS reputation. Over time, as the ravaged product decays, its price decays, and with it, the quarterly profit that made the MBA so proud. But by then, he plans to have collected his bonus and moved on.

You Don't Come to My Timeline to See More of the Same I posted this "Is Putin really the bad guy?" thread three years ago, at the height of the pro-Ukraine propaganda blitz. Remember those days, when supporting Putin was tantamount to treason? I took grief for it. Fortunately, I enjoy that. For me, it's the social equivalent of a hard workout, a nice mix of virtue and pain. Three years later, this thread is suddenly NOT treason. In fact, it's barely even flame bait. It's nice to see Right-wing X catch up to me. Pretty soon, you will see big accounts posting my data under their own names. I hope they do, because European governments are banging the Russian war drums.
(1/13) Ukraine is many things, but, crucially, it is not the USA. So why are we spending so much blood and treasure defending it? Are we there to protect Democracy?

This is optimistic. At this point, being conquered by Putin is the only thing that could save Britain, but no way Putin wants to swallow that poison pill.

I took this suggestion. Mangoes and sticky rice cost $3, and she seemed delighted. She had only charged me $5, so this was sort of like a 60% tip, but it feels less dangerous and more benevolent.
bring her mangos and sticky rice and tell her you think about how hard she works she'll refuse it of course but dont take no for an answer, bow slightly leave it on the counter if she wont take it she will appreciate it inwardly when no one is looking :D

Extinction Rage Suppose you train a monkey to push a button, by rewarding it with a banana every time. Then you stop giving it bananas. What happens next is called Extinction Rage (technically, "Frustrative Nonreward.") The monkey becomes angry and agitated. You may have experienced something similar, when a vending machine took your money and gave you nothing in return. Extinction rage may be accompanies by an "Extinction burst." Paradoxically, when the bananas stop arriving, the monkey pushes the button more, at least for a while. (In this context, the term "extinction" refers to the death of the monkey's belief that a button press will be rewarded with a banana. It's a sad time for the monkey.) In the 60's, right-wingers trained leftists to call us racists. When they called us racists, we dropped loot. Pushing the racist button was always rewarded with loot, and better yet, with the right-winger's cowering submission. So leftists pushed the racist button a lot. Then a few years ago, most right-wingers stopped dropping loot. In classic extinction behavior, leftists got angry and called us racists even more. They frantically pushed the racist button, hoping the bananas would resume, getting angrier and angrier when they didn't. Some leftists are still pushing the button. I'm sure you can make the connection to the sexist button, as well as the homophobe, islamaphobe, and trans-phobe buttons.

A honeymoon should bind the new couple together, and help them appreciate each other's virtues. So the ideal honeymoon destination would be Haiti.
What’s a good honeymoon destination? Preferably somewhere that doesn’t have a large Islamic immigrant population and somewhere that is scenic and safe. Isn’t it remarkable how one generation ago, Paris was the ideal honeymoon location but now Paris is a total shithole? Immigrants truly destroy all things beautiful in just one generation.

Dental Tourism Firsthand Report I am not paid for this review. I'm posting it out of gratitude, so don't expect any entertaining trash talk, though there is one lady boy. Here is my data: I got one dental implant and one broken filling replaced. That added up to six hours in the chair. Here is the summary of my Thai dental tourism experience: 1. An implant happens in two stages, six months apart. Each stage cost about $1K. (I chose the premium hardware.) Compared to my (admittedly expensive) US oral surgeon, I saved enough money to pay for both flights and two weeks in swim-up hotel rooms. 2. The Sea Smiles office has no stainless steel escalators. The halls are narrow and the stairways are steep, so it is not a showplace. However, it does have an MRI machine and some hot hygienists. 3. I arrive 10 minutes before my appointment, and I am sitting in the chair talking to the oral surgeon 5 minutes before my appointment. This does not resemble my US dentistry experience. 4. The east-Asian surgeons (I had two) were swift and sure. They have obviously done it many times, and one was instructing an apprentice. One surgeon was male, the other female. The staff were all female. All were East Asian or Southeast Asian. 5. Every step was clearly explained and photographed. Nothing felt hurried. 6. Mrs. Jerk is in the medical testing business. She has direct Thailand connections and says Thai medicine is good. (She won't say that about South America.) 7. This is probably least important, but it's Thailand so the staff are all friendly. 8. The receptionist was a ladyboy. I know you'll enjoy that. 9. Based on my implant experience, I asked them to replace a deep broken filling. That was 90 minutes in the chair. Total cost including consultation and X-rays: $180 USD. 10. The final products (one implant and one filling) are apparently flawless. The implant includes a 2-year warranty and paperwork so a US dentist can get parts. The place is called Sea Smiles, in Phuket. Grok suggested it because of its stellar online reviews, which in my opinion are well deserved.

What We Lost I just handed 7 lbs of dirty laundry to an old Thai woman, with 150 baht. That's $5 USD. It will be washed and folded tonight. I have never seen her before, but we could both see she is Thai and I am White, so neither of us thought I needed a receipt. I don't. My laundry will be waiting for me tonight, with a friendly smile. That is what high trust culture looks like. We used to have it in America, differing only in the details. We could have it again, but we will have to do some things that make women sad.

You might wonder, who would steal my underwear? Obviously, a trophy hunter. The laundress might face an even bigger risk. If she does not give a receipt to every customer, then a customer could show up and demand compensation for "lost" laundry that he dropped off with no receipt. That is how a receipt protects both parties. It is also why US retailers always give you a receipt. You don't get a receipt so you can prove you bought it. Why would the shopkeeper care? He gives you a receipt so if you DON'T have a receipt, he can assume you DIDN'T buy it. In a high trust culture, the receipt might not be worth the hassle. Not that long ago, America had neighborhoods where hardly anyone thought locking the door was worth the hassle.

Trump sees the secret briefings. Thus, he knows more about the Ukraine situation than even Elon. So Elon said, "If you want to put my Starlink on a missile, you must persuade Trump to let you use Starshield." Seems reasonable.
Correct. Using Starlink, a civilian commercial service, for offensive drone strikes to kill people has never been allowed, nor should it be. Starshield, a different system, is controlled by the US government. What they decide to do is up to them. Ukraine military violated Starlink terms of service and used it for offensive drone strikes to kill people. That loophole was closed last week. Starlink remains critical to the defense of Ukraine, as it is the only system that cannot be jammed or blown up, at least for now. Were Starlink to be turned off, the Ukrainian front line would collapse immediately. This is NOT a threat, it is simply a statement of fact. Starlink was also crucial to preventing Russia from overrunning Ukraine in the early days of the war, as all other means of communication were destroyed or jammed by Russia. SpaceX has done more to defend Ukraine than any private company on Earth BY FAR. That said, I have nothing but UTTER CONTEMPT for the virtue-signaling evil warmongers who push for endless slaughter and offer no realistic solution to the conflict. May you burn in hell. End of story.

In my opinion, every unattached human wants a serious, long-term relationship. Every one of us. We are not built for solitude. However, some of us see no realistic chance of acquiring a good partner. From the outside, despair looks like disinterest.
I love it when men in their late 50s are looking for something casual. Sir, you’re about to retire. Get you someone who knows your pill regimen and calm down.

Your kids are your kids, but this is why I forced my kids to handle guns. By age 6 they were so bored with guns that I didn't worry about them finding mine. Of course their friends were a different story. A boy who has never touched a gun is like a dog who has never been off the leash. He feels the call of the wild, so the situation is inherently unstable.
Actual Call: A couple with kids checked into a motel. Moments after checking in, one of the kids opened the side table drawer & found a gun left behind by the guest who had checked out. Luckily, the gun was in a holster and the child called out to the parents & nobody was harmed. The motel said housekeeping must have overlooked it when cleaning the room. The parents want the people who checked out of the hotel charged with a crime. You be the officer here. Is there a crime? What are you telling the complainants?👮‍♂️
