This baseball was launched by Cal Fisher. Cleared the scoreboard in left field and probably damaged a car in the parking lot out there. Two knocks for him today to go along with a couple of defensive highlights. Made a great catch on a pop-up in foul territory.

QUICK UPDATE:
Hey everyone, earlier this week, Blast Motion was forced to make a series of cuts, and unfortunately, I was one of those laid off.
It was certainly surprising - I really enjoyed working at Blast (especially with MLB Bat Tracking now public), and I will always be super grateful for my time there.
I learned a lot about player development, player evaluation, and what to do (and what not to do) when running a tech company. ,
I will always be an advocate for the @Blast_Bsbl product - I think every position player should have a glove, bat, spikes, and a Blast Sensor when they walk up to the field.
With all that being said (and because baseball-tech employees don't normally have representation), I'm using this post to let everyone know that I am now a free agent.
Thanks to everyone who engaged with my Blast content up to this point. I only ask that you don't stop doing so.
DM's are open.

Here’s my video from last April on Rintaro Sasaki where I dubbed him the “Japanese Prince Fielder.”
At the time, I hadn’t considered the possibility that he would skip NPB as he was widely considered the top prospect of the class.

Japanese High School baseball phenom Rintaro Sasaki shocked the baseball world by announcing he will forgo the NPB draft and play college baseball in the United States. He is considered to be the “Japanese Prince Fielder”. He set the Japanese High School record for home runs with 140. Sources say he has visited Vanderbilt, UC Berkeley, UCLA, and Stanford over the last week. He is down to his final 4 schools. A decision on his commitment is expected in the next couple of weeks. #theanalyst ⚗️🧪 @yakyucosmo @GaijinBaseball @kileymcd @barstoolsports @11point7 @CollegeBaseCNT @Ben_Upton5 @d1baseball @Mike_Rooney @KendallRogers @bigdonkey47 @JoeHealyD1 @aaronfitt @Stitch_Head @BaseballRadar

I don’t think you understand how hard it is just to get back to Omaha. I have LSU ranked as the preseason #5 team. They have all the talent in the world to make a run again. My Omaha 8 is just for fun. No one knows who’s going to make it to Omaha.
