To all SoT Partners: Those of you who said earlier this year that you’d step down if nothing changed, now is the time to stand by those words. No accountability or action was taken by Rare. Their internal investigation did nothing but waste everyone’s time and give them months to just eventually double down. On top of that, this new partner policy restricts what you can and can’t say to your own audience, while Rare gets to decide what they consider “inappropriate” or “abusive”. For example: If you say “I believe J0toro and Shirah should be fired for elevating a known predator in the community.” That now falls under abuse or witch hunting, and you risk your partnership. That is censorship. It’s disgusting, and it paves the way for those responsible to avoid accountability. You shouldn’t be forced to, but if you meant what you said before, step down. Your voice is louder than ours. Use it. #FireJ0toro #FireShirah #SeaOfThieves
