#climatebreakdown is disrupting our inner climates...softening into #rest is resistance + resilience @JoinTheSeason_ @JuliesBicycle

throwback to that hot weekend in june - resting, rooting, decolonizing + reclaiming the #herbs + our ancestral ecologies 🌿🖤🌿#Restforclimate @JoinTheSeason_ @JuliesBicycle #naturelover #ClimateJustice

delighted to share our short 'infinite ecologies' dir. by flannery miller, written by @zoelpalmer feat. @KookiePops shot on location during our @JoinTheSeason_ rest retreat in june vimeo.com/613536531 premiered at @artsadm as part of 'what shall we build here' fest 🌿🔱

the liberation + protection of Black women + femmes across the African diaspora (who are amongst those greatest impacted by climate breakdown) will be the liberation + protection of everyone @JoinTheSeason_ @artsadm @JuliesBicycle #restforclimate @greenheartspace

portrait of @SelinaNwulu taken by flannery miller on our #restforclimate retreat for Black women + femmes in June as part of our @JoinTheSeason_ @artsadm @JuliesBicycle commission

we believe strategies that shame people into action on #climatebreakdown contribute to overwhelm + burn out. Black women + femmes don’t need to be guilted into change- we've always been at the grassroots of climate justice, that's why we choose softness #joy + #restforclimate

was a thrill to welcome audiences to 'another garden (will be our city)' last weekend as part of @artsadm festival of climate, arts + community...thanks to all who came along + to the wonderful team @artsadm for their incredible support...sound, film + visuals soon come...🖤🌿
