I think many people are severely underestimating just how suppressed the crypto market has been. Like a massive beach ball being held underwater. I think this can escalate a lot faster than most are anticipating.

An open letter to @fomo: Bring the XRP Ledger to Fomo. What Fomo is building right now feels like one of the most important shifts happening in onchain trading. Because Fomo isn’t just another place to buy meme coins. It’s turning trading into a social network. Your trades build your reputation. Your P&L matters. Traders build followings based on their performance. People discover what others are buying in real time. Leaderboards turn trading into competition. And now, with Clans, entire communities can trade together, compete together, and put their collective P&L on display. That last part is especially interesting. Crypto has always been tribal. Every chain has its communities. Every meme coin has its cult. Every corner of the market has groups of people sharing ideas, looking for the next opportunity, and trying to outperform everyone else. Fomo is taking something that already happens organically across X, Telegram and Discord and actually building it into the trading experience. And that’s exactly why I think the XRP Ledger belongs on Fomo. XRPL has one of the largest and most passionate communities in all of crypto. But its native token ecosystem still largely exists on an island. There are meme coins, communities, creators, traders and projects being built on XRPL that most traders outside of the XRP ecosystem will never encounter. Not because those communities don’t exist. Not because there isn’t liquidity or activity. But because there is still too much friction between ecosystems. Fomo could change that. Imagine opening Fomo and seeing an XRPL trader climbing the global leaderboard. Imagine following someone who specializes in finding early XRPL meme coins and seeing their trades alongside traders on Solana, Ethereum, and BNB. Imagine an XRP Clan competing against the biggest Solana meme coin clans based on public P&L. Imagine an XRPL meme coin suddenly appearing in front of hundreds of thousands of traders who may have never interacted with the XRP Ledger before. That’s where this gets interesting. Because integrating XRPL wouldn’t just give XRP holders another trading interface. It would give XRPL access to an entirely new social layer. And it would give Fomo access to an enormous crypto community that has largely been separated from the type of social meme coin trading that Fomo is quickly becoming known for. The infrastructure is already there. XRPL transactions are fast. Fees are extremely low. The ledger has operated for more than a decade. It has a native decentralized exchange built directly into the protocol. It has native issued assets. And behind all of that sits XRP, one of the largest and most recognizable crypto assets in the world. The technology exists. The tokens exist. The traders exist. The communities DEFINITELY exist. What’s missing is the bridge. Fomo has already shown that it doesn’t have to be confined to a single ecosystem. So let’s add another one. Bring XRPL tokens into the same social feed. Put XRPL traders on the same leaderboards. Let us build our profiles. Let us show our P&L. Let us build XRP Clans. And most importantly, let the rest of crypto discover what is being built on the XRP Ledger without forcing them to leave the environment they’re already trading in. If the ultimate vision for Fomo is to become the place where crypto trades together, then one of crypto’s largest communities should be there too. Bring the XRP Ledger to Fomo.
