Everyone is talking about this new "high protein = BAD" study.
If you want to know what the 'high protein' (liquid) diet was composed of... it was Boost Plus... (ingredients below)
For the high-protein mixed, macros were 22% was protein (25 g), 48% was carbohydrates and 30% was fat. This is almost exactly the macro breakdown of a McDonald's Happy Meal!

Instead of attending ApeFest this year, I arranged a reunion for my high school pop-punk garage band called Lithium in Nashville!
I made that decision because for me it was too long to be away from my wife and 4 kids and quite costly. I would have wanted to make a longer trip out of it, and at this point in my life, it just didn't make sense.
I love the @BoredApeYC and meeting new people from all over the world, but I had to take a step back and put things into perspective.
What else could I do to get me equally, if not more, excited this year? I realized it had been over 10 years since the band had been together in full, and even longer since we jammed.
We spent a day at the rehearsal studio and a few hours in the recording studio, time visiting parks and museums, and partied at the Honky Tonks on broadway.
Twenty-five years since the formation of the band and we are actually putting out a new song. I feel fulfilled.
Shout out to @WillyCapture for flying up with me and capturing these moments on film. I am forever grateful that you put up with our antics. Hopefully we can do it again next year!
