The Dickinson College Blue Mountain Battalion ROTC marked the 25th anniversary of the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks with its Patriot Day ceremony on Friday, Sept. 11, 2026, at Dickinson College. The ceremony featured playing of “Taps” by Alex Nancarrow '27 while ROTC Cadets lowered the flag to half-mast. It was followed by a moment of silence. The bell at Denny Hall tolled three times, once for each attack and the ceremony concluded with a prayer led by Cadet Company Commander Ethan Weaver of Messiah University. @cumberlink @DsonMedia
