Distance coaches, today is a big day for me.
"Build, Don’t Borrow" is officially live on Amazon.
I wrote this book for the coach sitting at the kitchen table in July with a blank spreadsheet, clinic notes spread across the table, a downloaded 12-week progression, and more saved workouts than they could ever use.
I know that coach because that was me.
For years, I could tell my athletes what we were doing. But when a season stopped following the plan, I couldn’t always explain what should change or why.
The book grew from 23 questions I had to answer before I could build a training system I understood.
"Build, Don’t Borrow: The Distance Coach’s Guide to Training Architecture" is the book I wish I’d had then.
It is available now on Amazon. Link is in the replies.

To be a @NCAA DI or @NCAADII qualifier, you must earn 16 NCAA-approved core-course credits in certain subject areas. Use the example schedule to meet the core-course requirement.

Watched NCAA Championships and Nike Outdoor HS Track & Field. For the athletes sake, move to a state with better weather. Enjoyed watching, wish the athletes had better conditions. Could rain at the other place but we know that temp drop probably not happening. Carry on. #Texas
