I literally don't even understand Incels, just find an overweight but beautiful face girl and inject her with Chinese peptides for 6 months you’ve got an 8/10

G5 TRAE imbalance w/2 deaths related to boosted IO tox - 1 myositis/myocarditis + 1 myasthenia gravis- is an extremely concerning AE profile for a neoantigen vaccine
Unless these occurred pre-vaccine, I’d worry tox may be attributable to $MRNA’s intismeran
#ESMO26 INTerpath-001
8 Grade 5 AEs in the experimental arm, 0 in the control arm.
Of course, it could all be pure coincidence! After all, 6 of the 8 events were not considered TRAE
Perhaps it was just the excitement of being randomized to the experimental arm?
I'm genuinely curious about the independent causality assessment.
My neighbors asked me to stop handing out full size candy bars for Halloween because it draws too many kids
What's the largest size candy bars I can buy?
You are diagnosed with Stage III melanoma.
You choose neoadjuvant tx. You are at the risk of PD before surgery and loss of Intismeran access.
You choose adjuvant w Intismeran. You are at the risk of missing neoadjuvant benefit, manufacture failure & low chance of cardiac arrest
I'm saving time and money:
I deleted Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Netflix, Chatgpt, Claude...
I have everything I need on X and Grok.

Top 10 Lessons for the next Biotech Short Squeeze
1. For market cap perception matters more than anything - retail will pile in beyond any reasonable MC
2. There's a 2 day lag for technical traders (how I made money, but if I had been slower would have melted my face off)
3. If companies don't release the data, there's a reason (see post below, knew it but should have played Esmo)
4. Momentum comes in waves - tech traders set traps
5. I really need to learn more about options strategies. A long straddle with this much volatility likely killed.
6. Journalists will push any sentiment to the extreme - cure for cancer and no data had been released
7. Be wary of any new index adds (predicted but remember)
8. If household name the effect is sustained longer. If this was a no name midcap vs Moderna likely see shorter push.
9. The size of the float is so small given ETFs and long term holdings etc that biotech is beyond reason for squeezes. This was my biggest regret on this play. I instantly recognized it was insane but I underestimated the ability of tech traders in regards to float Size X Manipulation. Add in retail and you can have companies with limited or small Rev gains get Fortune 500 numbers.
10. Technical Traders love Mondays (still not sure why)

I literally posted $MRNA should go up
But $53BN is a bit much isn’t it?
Especially for adjuvant melanoma like sub 25,000 US patients…
When they split revenue 50% with $MRK
Like the biggest move by a S&P500 company ever in one day by a wide margin
Also they didn’t “cure cancer” that’s PR
The hyperbole is the issue, which led to exhuberance, which played a factor in its short squeeze
It’s great for patients to have, but NO data has been released yet Journos and Doctors are glazing.
Can a Doctor get a Kaplan Meier curve? Maybe a Hazard Ratio? Just a peek at a Confidence Interval? Maybe wait to see if any OS benefit?
I hope it works in other tumors but until it does, let’s face it, melanoma is hot. It was the easiest bar to cross.
The company is also not well run. Hence why I shorted it and made bank last month.
Do you think it’s okay for two companies to coordinate a PR push with every major outlet, not provide data, and then not be questioned?

Tech traders setting traps out here
It's like they learned from $GME and trying to draw retail in
Watch Volume, Order Size, Rate
Some big players
Their biggest weakness is their greed so watch puts....
Part of me really wants to short this again
But the criteria I use tells me it *may* still pump next week so I haven't
Probably the craziest thing I've ever seen in Biotech/Pharma
Still insanely overvalued, are tech traders loosening their grip?

If you really care about something
You need to
1. Find out who the power players are
2. Do stuff for them/get favors
3. Make your return favor socially acceptable or provide cover
