🏃♂️🏃♀️$𝟐𝟎,𝟎𝟎𝟎 𝐁𝐀𝐂𝐊 𝐈𝐍𝐓𝐎 𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐌𝐔𝐍𝐈𝐓𝐘!
One of the highlights of this year's 𝟒𝟑𝐫𝐝 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐁𝐢𝐠 𝟓 𝐒𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐆𝐨𝐨𝐝𝐬 𝐃𝐮𝐤𝐞 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐧 was the opportunity to give back to four incredible organizations making a difference in our community!
Through the Mayor's Team Challenge, we were proud to award a total of $20,000 in grants — $5,000 each to:
🏅 Boys & Girls Clubs of Central New Mexico
🏅 Team RWB
🏅 Running Medicine
🏅 Running 505
These organizations do tremendous work supporting youth, veterans, health, wellness, and active lifestyles throughout our community.
A special thank-you to Mayor Tim Keller, the City of Albuquerque Parks & Recreation Department, and everyone who participated in the Mayor's Team Challenge to help make these contributions possible.
The Duke City Marathon is about more than running. It's about bringing our community together and making a lasting impact!

5K walk for the Duke city marathon. I know this is not fast by any means, but I set this goal for myself in April when I was struggling to finish 3K. I then challenged myself even further to finish in under an hour & I did that too. My training partner was at the finish🥇🐶
