Our crews worked around-the-clock to assess the damage, make repairs and get the lights back on for our North Florida customers after Hurricane Isaias made landfall this weekend – because we know they depend on the safe, reliable power we provide to plan their lives and get back on their feet after storms like this one.
The strategic investments we’ve made in a stronger, smarter grid are delivering clear benefits for our customers.
Our crews have already restored power for approximately 10,000 customers impacted by Hurricane Isaias. This leaves about 2,200 customers without power across North Florida, but we anticipate wrapping up restoration this afternoon.
