Everybody loves to say high school sports are about developing young people. Until the scoreboard gets ugly. Then suddenly character, discipline, academics, accountability, graduation rates and doing things the right way aren’t enough. So here’s the uncomfortable question: If a coach consistently loses games but runs a clean program, develops good kids and represents the school the right way… should they keep their job? And before you answer, understand what you’re really deciding: Is winning part of the job… or is winning THE job? Because if wins and losses ultimately determine whether a coach gets fired, maybe we need to stop pretending otherwise. Coaches, sound off. 👇 #CoachesSoundOff #FloridaCoaches #HighSchoolSports

Parents are going to complain. That's part of coaching. But when a complaint about playing time skips the coach and lands on an administrator's desk, who creates the bigger problem? The parent who went around the coach? Or the administrator who gave them a seat, a box of tissues, and immediately entertained it? One complains about the culture. The other has the power to destroy it. What's worse? #CoachesSoundOff #FloridaCoaches
