The Kenya Dairy Board has warned that milk shortages are hitting Nairobi, Mombasa and Kisumu after poor rains reduced cattle fodder. It says supplies could stabilise within a month if rainfall improves, while some farmers now sell milk directly for KES 80 a litre.
