Republicans are smart voters and they prove it. I was a little late in getting to the polls this morning and as I was setting up the table, a gentleman walked up with a blue sample ballot. He told me since no one was at the red tent he took the blue ballot and voted just the opposite of their recommendations.
Is that smart, or what? Unlike Democrats, Republicans have a tough time getting poll volunteers and that's mainly for two reasons; our volunteers are not paid and we are generally working for a living.
