Metacritic and OpenCritic shouldn't count scores from outlets using a 5-star scale without half stars. A 3/5 to 4/5 represents a full 20-point jump, with no 7/10 (70) possible in between.
This is more problematic on Metacritic due to the heavy weighting of sites like Eurogamer.
