Looking to expand my research from self report to include actigraphy data collection. What are the #circadian & #sleeppeeps using or recommend? Anything I should look out for? They are a big investment so I'd like to be sure I'm getting a good product.

This is my first summer since starting a PhD that is unstructured, which is exciting and terrifying.
I'm also realizing that I need to start up a small business to begin operations immediately and I'm struggling with procedures and infrastructure.
I mean...I'm starting my lab

Taught PSYC 101 this semester & tried something new. Had students create a "psychological adventurer" that they would use throughout the course in assignments and to grow their skills. Could definitely improve, but students had fun with it!
Fun things that came up (thread):
My favorite was my last assignment which was more of a reflection. They could choose to 1) write a journal entry or a letter from their adventurers perspective about topics they learned or 2) create a map for "future adventurers"
