Frankly disgusting… does Emily Lowan of the #Green party not realize the vast majority of British Columbians have spoken. She is more out of touch as her speech goes on with lies and activist fantasy. You can be sure that the media will give her far more coverage over the coming years than she deserves. Shame on her and her supporters for more fear-mongering even in the face of an overall resounding B.C. voice of “NO” to her and her party. #bcpoli #BCElection2026 #bcelection

More than 40 countries - Canada and its allies - have sanctions against Belarus for supporting war criminal Putin’s invasion of Ukraine. Buying blood potash from Belarus is supporting Russian aggression. It’s wrong and it doesn’t make sense. All of that potash has to be shipped first through Russia, then across the ocean, then across the US to mid-western farmers. Does anyone believe Belarusian blood potash shipped through Russia is going to be more affordable, more sustainable or more ethical than potash shipped from Saskatchewan - right here in North America?

Canada was just invited to become the first associate member of the European Union. Think about that. Trump spent years treating America’s closest allies like enemies, threatening them, insulting them, and pushing them away. So what happens? They stop depending on us and start building stronger alliances with each other. That isn’t “America First.” It’s America increasingly left on the sidelines. The damage being done to America’s standing in the world could outlast Trump by decades. And one day, when my kids ask what I did while all of this was happening, I’ll be damn glad I can tell them I never voted for the man responsible for it.

Both birds are Canadian. USians poisoned and shot all the bald eagles down there and they had to be repopulated by Canada. So this is a picture of Canadians playing. 🍁🇨🇦 #cdnpoli

Why would Canada buy planes from the country that is waging a trade war against us and which is arguably our greatest long-term military threat? Sweden promises to set up production here and give us 12,000+ jobs if we buy Gripen jets. Cancel the F-35s. Go with the Gripen.

The name Lake Ontario comes from the Wendat word Ontari’io, which, appropriately, means “the lake is beautiful, the lake is big”. The name is more than 400 years old, predating both the Confederation of Canada and the Declaration of Independence of the United States of America. We know that America is changing. Their trading relationships, their foreign policies, their national monuments, their hydronyms. Canadians also know that naming reality means calling it Lake Ontario – then, now and always.

Canada welcomes that the U.S. is now withdrawing its positions on discoverability and labelling and is confirming that measures to promote French language and Canadian culture will not be subject to future U.S. trade actions.  We look forward to further constructive U.S. clarifications on their other positions which would create the possibility of a mutually beneficial trade agreement that respects Canadian sovereignty.

This morning, Michiganders woke up to the news that their costs are going to once again skyrocket because of Donald Trump’s failed presidency. For centuries, Michigan and Canada have been partners, allies, and close friends. Trump’s reckless and unnecessary trade war is blowing that up and making life more difficult for millions of Americans. You don’t rob your neighbor. This trade war must end so we can get our economy back on track. I will keep pushing to block Donald Trump’s tariff regime and keep fighting to lower costs for Michiganders.

BREAKING: The Alberta and Canadian governments have reached a historic agreement that will unleash the Alberta energy sector, create tens of thousands of jobs, and  attract billions in new investment. This deal includes the potential for an additional 1.4 million barrels-per-day in pipeline capacity to the west coast, almost tripling Alberta oil exports to Asian markets. Ottawa has also agreed to drop the oil and gas production cap and suspend the Net-Zero power regs, so Alberta can focus on reducing emissions through our TIER system and world-leading CCUS technology instead. Although this is a massive win for Alberta and Canada, we will still hold the federal government accountable for keeping their end of the bargain. There’s a lot of work left to do so let’s roll up our sleeves and get the job done Alberta! See details of our full announcement here: alberta.ca/release.cfm?xID=9…

There you have it Alberta. BC Premier David Eby & BC First Nations are not on board for any new pipeline. This effectively kills any possibility of investment or proposals to build a pipeline, as the risks of cost overruns and lengthy delays will make it impossible to move forward. As long as David Eby & Mark Carney are in office, there will be no new pipeline for Alberta oil, in Northern BC. This despite the need for good paying sustainable jobs Northern communities could benefit greatly from. David Eby would rather build injection sites and hand out crack pipes, than provide long term jobs for Northern BC.

MAJOR LOSS FOR BC Nutrien is building its $1 BILLION potash export terminal in Washington State skipping BC entirely. When you attack other provinces and say NO to everything, the economy says NO to you. David Eby is learning the hard way. BC residence pay the price.

Should never coach again. (And since he’s not a teenager with an “undeveloped brain,” I’m assuming I won’t get the same unhinged responses to my OHL tweet last week about the baseball swing to the other kid’s skull)
This happened in a Mississippi private school championship game between Lamar and Brookhaven Academy today. If that’s a coach, gotta be fired, right?

I might as well not run." Today: he becomes a Liberal This has nothing to do with change. Or what’s best for Canadians. It’s an old, weak and desperate man, wanting to keep his paycheque.
