What if you could change the mood of a video without filming a single new scene?
That's what caught my attention about TryDRAMA.
Same footage, same person, but completely different facial expressions. You can switch emotions, adjust their intensity, and give an existing clip a whole new feel.
TryDRAMA ร Hugging Face is now live, and it's an interesting tool for creators experimenting with AI video editing.

Working a night shift alone is creepy enough. Now imagine seeing something move on the security camera when nobody's supposed to be there.
I like how Flova 1.5 gives this scene that old-school VHS horror feel while keeping the same character consistent across different camera angles.

The interesting part isn't just the 19 seconds.
Aether gives each task its own cloud machine, lets you watch it work live, and only charges for the time the machine is running. The AI itself stays on the plan you already have.
Today weโre introducing Aether @aetherruntime.
The fastest cloud coding agents in the world that you can use with your existing subscription
Give it a task and just 20 seconds later your build is running on its own cloud machine. You can pick up from your phone, watch every line, and step in whenever you want as if it was local. Close the laptop. It keeps going.
It runs Claude Code or Codex on the Claude or ChatGPT plan you already pay for so thereโs not a 2nd AI bill. You only pay for the machine.
When itโs done, if code review is enabled, a reviewer agent runs the code with the changes, which catches classes of bugs that can't be found from static analysis.
Before building Aether I built infra at Apple, Uber, and HeyGen. I built Aether because the cloud agents I tried before all had drawbacks, and I couldn't imagine building something without it now.
Itโs free to start. runaether.dev

One thing I keep noticing with agent tools is the best feature isn't the flashiest one.
Aether's is the reviewer that runs the app before you look, so the check you'd do yourself is already on the PR.

Free plan: 20 credits, about 4 hours of machine time, 3 tasks at once. The model runs on the Claude or ChatGPT plan you already have. Enough to find out if cloud agents are for you.

The game character demo is what caught my attention with @atmanity's Atmee v2. Being able to talk to an AI character while actually playing feels much more interesting than watching another talking avatar.
I also like that they're showing it inside real apps, not just standalone demos. That's where I think this technology could get really useful.

After Google acquired my AR startup, I started thinking about the next interface, this time for AI. Text and voice work fine, just like DOS did before the Mac. But nothingโs more intuitive than face to face.
After two years of research, today weโre launching Atmee v2: a real-time avatar model that makes live video agents feel truly life-like.
โข Any character from 1 image + 10s of audio
โข Contextual expressions, gestures, even interacting with the environment
โข Live video calls, voice only, or video generation
At its core, Atmee v2 is a video foundation model, it can render anything, but itโs built to excel at characters, which is what video models like Seedance 2.5 and Wan 3.0 are mostly used for. In comparison:
Atmee v2
โข Up to 50x faster
โข 10-100x cheaper
Build tutors, sales coaches, support agents, companions, game characters, even whole living worlds. The interface after text and voice starts today.

A woman casually walks into a cafรฉ with a keyboard. Everything seems normalโฆ until the customers suddenly start rushing for the product. That's the kind of unexpected twist that makes a Black Friday ad more entertaining. ๐ฅ
To make the twist land, the editing needs to match the action. I can use Multi-Track Editing in CapCut PC to arrange the entrance, reaction shots, and product close-ups, then adjust the pacing and transitions to build up the moment.

I had a simple idea for a Black Friday campaign: a woman walks into a cafรฉ carrying a keyboard, and suddenly everyone starts competing to get the product.
Once I have the footage, the next challenge is turning it into a polished ad. With CapCut PC, I can use Edit Pilot to help make timeline adjustments through natural-language instructions, then work directly on the timeline to refine the cuts, captions, music, and transitions.

What happens when one product walks into a cafรฉ? Apparently, everyone wants it. ๐ญ
I love this kind of exaggerated storytelling for product marketing. The woman with the keyboard sets up the scene, and the customers rushing to grab the product deliver the unexpected twist.
In CapCut PC, Multi-Track Editing makes it easier to organize the main footage, reaction shots, product details, and audio separately. I can then adjust the timing of each layer to make the whole sequence feel more connected.

Major breakthrough: CellType says a 27B model trained on measured lab biology beats all 12 frontier models it tested at predicting cells, and comes out ahead on six benchmarks from outside labs too.
The margins vary, from almost 2x on drug response to 0.121 vs 0.119 on one outside test. Other labs will want to check it. If it holds up, this is a big milestone for AI that predicts biology instead of describing it.

The intro had me leaning toward the speaker. The next clip had me leaning away. My UGC product demo apparently comes with choreography.
I tell Edit Pilot in CapCut PC which AI presenter clips have hiss or muddy speech, then use Reduce Noise and Enhance Voice. A bright prop behind the product gets an AI Edit to soften its color.
For those volume jumps, I select the narration clips and use Loudness Normalization, then listen across the joins and adjust anything that still sticks out.
Finally, I can sit still through my own ad. Run that same volume check on your next product demo.

That last product feature? Blink and you'll miss it. My UGC ad ends before the AI presenter's explanation finishes, which feels a little rude.
In CapCut PC, I use AI Extend on the final product-only shot, then inspect the added frames for changes to the product. Edit Pilot handles my other notes: Reduce Noise and Enhance Voice for the fuzzy narration, plus AI Edit to remove a wall mark in the closing shot.
I line the longer visual up with the last sentence and watch again. There, we actually got to finish the thought. Try giving your next product demo that extra breathing room.
