If you’re tanking in dynasty for Jeremiah Smith, you need to be keeping an eye on your league’s max PF standings all season long. This is about the time of year where those middle teams start to choose a direction. Watch the moves they make. Stay ahead and construct your roster in a way where you won’t get random spike weeks from players who have no long term value to your dynasty team. Get aggressive and creative with trade offers if you aren’t the lowest max PF. The value difference between 1.01 and 1.02 is often substantial and this is especially the case with the 27 class as things stand right now. You don’t want to be drafting at 1.02 instead of 1.01 because Marcus Mariota and Konata Mumpfield spiked your max PF in week 3. Get those types off your team ASAP, especially if another tanker is on your tail.

Eli Raridon is STILL catching some training camp hype despite a Hunter Henry extension. He’s “turning heads” at camp. Ok. Sell the news folks. This is exactly the type of player you want to liquidate before he’s clogging up your roster.

Here’s the extension I’ve been expecting for Hunter Henry. Eli Raridon is the backup TE on this team. There have been points in the offseason where you may have been able to flip him for a re-roll, or maybe even something more useful. Do it if you still can.

In the most common lineup league formats, we tend to see the overall impact of the wide receiver position flatten out significantly after the top ~10ish. One of the big things I like to keep in mind when making offseason roster moves. The WR18 is not going to have a much bigger impact on your W/L record than the WR30, yet there are often huge trade value discrepancies within that range.

I would be shocked at this point if this guy ever plays football again. Cannot get out of his own way. I thought the opposite a few months ago and was buying wherever I could get him “cheap.” Now, I think I’d prefer the free roster spot.
