It’s been a while since I posted a case. Recently saw a young man with exercise-induced SVT despite flecainide+bisoprolol. Did EP and induced an incessant AT from LA with isoprenaline.

Earliest A in CC 5,6 but LA floor signal not early enough. Mapped into the CS and activation seems to be inside the CS body.
What would be the safe approach to ablate inside the CS? Power/duration/contact/irrigation flow/etc?

CS venogram prior ablation inside CS with STSF, 20-30W, flow at 8ml/min, terminated AT and non-inducible. Applied 3 lesions there. What’s the experience of others ablating deep inside the CS?

One of the risk factor is poor heart (cardiac) function (heart failure).
If you are a heart patient, ask your cardiologist two questions:
1. What is my heart function? (Ejection fraction of <30% is at significant risk)
