There are people that add (higher elo) players they find through op.gg or leagueofgraphs so that they can improve on a champion/as a player through their vods. Now they simply just can't :D

Replays are becoming private in 26.20. As part of the game memory access changes, it will no longer be possible to download replays for games you have not played in, including via 3rd party sites.
